i saw the way you looked at me

(Smut warning)

They laid in bed Emma held Jenna tightly, the smaller girl turned around facing  Emma since they were on their sides

She caressed Emma's wound on her neck with her fingertips "I'm sorry" the brunette opened her eyes and looked at her

"It's okay, don't worry it's a scratch the doctor said it will be okay" Jenna wanted to kiss Emma so badly, but she didn't know if she should

"What else did he said?" Jenna asked looking into her eyes, their faces were just inches away, Emma had her hand on Jenna's hip

"Nothing baby" Emma said quietly not wanting to tell Jenna what else he said

"Please tell me" Emma closed her eyes and snuggled closer to Jenna, they were both whispering at this point

"He said that if you cut just a bit deeper you would have cut my artery, and I would have died right there" Emma said quietly

Not wanting to make eye contact with Jenna, knowing she already felt guilty about this whole situation

The smaller girl sighed and turned around, facing away from Emma
"Jenna baby" the brunette said pulling her closer

"I'm alive, it's okay" she heard Jenna sniff, the room was quiet neither of them said a thing for a while

"It's not okay, I almost killed you" Emma planted a kiss on Jenna's neck, then her shoulder, trying to comfort her

"But you didn't, and I'm very much alive" Jenna turned around now facing Emma again

The brunette took Jenna's hand, and carefully not wanting to hurt the smaller girl, she put Jenna's hand on her chest

Jenna felt Emma's heart beating, the brunette planted a kiss on Jenna's cheek

"Can I kiss you?" Jenna finally asked looking into Emma's eyes, who smiled at her softly, without answering she leaned over and closed the gap between them

The kiss was slow, but so meaningful filled with emotions, the kiss was short, Emma smiled at her when they pulled apart 

Hours passed they both fell asleep, they woke up in the morning, Emma stood up wanting to get breakfast for herself and Jenna

She looked down at her clothes, pink shorts, her redish orangeish flip flops and her hoodie

She heard a laugh coming from behind her, Emma looked back and saw Jenna laughing at her

The brunette couldn't help but smile
"I didn't even noticed your clothes!" Jenna pointed at Emma's clothes and kept laughing

"Real funny baby, I'm going to get some breakfast from the cafeteria" Jenna nodded and kept laughing as she watched Emma walk away

The brunette got some food for themselves and brought it back to their room, Jenna was sitting on the bed

The nurse changed her bandage and everything, then left them alone closing the door behind herself

Emma gave the food to Jenna who thanked her and they both began eating

"Oh god" Emma looked at Jenna who had a disgusted look on her face, the brunette was confused

"It's terrible" Emma gave Jenna an apologetic look, and put some of her food on the fork "open" Emma said and Jenna opened her mouth

The brunette put the food in her mouth, the smaller girl moaned at the taste, Emma watched with mouth slightly open and a blush on her face
