The past few weeks of running around the arena with Josh and Jonathan I have begun to think about my life in a nutshell. Sure, I may be a little petty and clingy at times, but I try my hardest to show a strong side of myself. While thinking about everything, I began to rub my stomach absent-mindedly; which did not go unnoticed by both of the boys.
"Jules are you alright," Jono asked as his and Josh both looked at me. "Yeah I'm fine. Totally fine," I replied hoping to get them to not ask anymore questions. As the two grown men talked on the couch, I went into the bathroom to take a shower.
Hours had passed by as by now I was dressed and hanging out on the couch with Josh, when I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. "Baby you okay," he asked concerningly. I nodded my head slightly while laying my head on his chest. "Mamas your not alright how 'bout we go to the doctor tomorrow," he asked and I hummed in response to his question.
Flashback also dream 13 years ago
" Papa look what I made you," I said holding up the heart shaped card that I had made him for Father's day. While holding up the card he did absolutely nothing to congratulate let alone be happy about the card.
Soon after that incident with my father, Jon walked in with his school bag sliding off his shoulder. "Where the fuck have you been young man," my father yelled at him with me grabbing on to Jon's leg for safety. "I was out with friends and I had football so don't get that ass of attitude going with me dad," Jon replied as he had now picked me up off his leg.
"You wanna talk to me like that again boy," dad bellowed as I was literally thrown out of Jon's arms. "Papa please don't hurt bubby," I cried as he continuously slapped Jon across the face. As dad kept slapping Jon I kept crying and crying to the point of no return.
Immediately I woke up from my sleep feeling actual wet drips of water down my face. "I've gotta to get outta here," I mumbled to myself before laying back down beside my boyfriend.
