Within the next few days they had finally decided that I was allowed to go home. No more tests, hospital gowns and bright lights, but the babies would be there a little while longer. I was glad to be going home, yet nervous because the twins' survival rate is still sitting at 45%.

Reassuringly, I felt Josh's arms wrap around my waist before he planted a small kiss on my cheek. "It's gonna be okay Mamas I promise," he spoke as he and I walked out of the hospital together.

Once at home I noticed three different cars sitting in the driveway which I knew were not there when I had left a few days ago. "Josh these your cars?" I asked. "No babes I think they're Joe's, Colby's, Jon's and Jonathan's," he replied while helping me out of the car and making sure I didn't fall just in case.

As the door jiggled open I heard voices coming from the living room to which all belonged to men. Carefully making my way I there, all of them wrapped Josh and I into a giant group hug. "We missed you Julie," Colby responded with others nodding in agreement.

"I missed you all too," I replied while hugging both my brothers.

"Geez way to steal my fiancé," Josh grumbled causing Joe and Jonathan to laugh.

"What's the babies names," Jonathan asked making me feel like a thousand pound weight was dropped onto my heart.

Instantly everyone began to look at me as if they were awaiting an answer to which I did have but wasn't ready to say. Saying their names without them in my arms was going to be so weird and I  didn't know what to do about it.

"Their names are Edward Joshua Samuel Fatu and Elena Faith Fatu," I barely voiced out before bursting out into tears.

"Shhh your gonna be okay princess I promise," Jon said as he crouched down beside me as he took me into his arms.

"How can anybody say I'll get through this? My babies are in the hospital while I get to leave and I don't wanna feel like I'm disappointing anyone if they die," I sobbed allowing myself to have a full mental breakdown.

"They'll make it out alive. I promise," Colby, Jonathan and Josh said simultaneously.
