SANIA'S POV:

I woke up at 11:00 in the morning as I was up till 4:00 AM gossiping with Maitreyi. I checked my phone
Shubman texted yayayay!!

Shub: hey daisy ! Morning luv, heading to practice for 3hrs straight. Pls kill me rn 😭
Daisy: Morning babe, I love too much to kill you Shub. How was practice?
Shub: inti late morning? Your brother and his bestie tortured me!!😭😭
Daisy: late night with M, anyway excited for the opening party tonight?
Shub: not really, but if you are coming then Imma start dressing up rn 😎
Daisy: Yep, everyone's invited! It will be a good time. Anyway, I gotta get outta bed. Love you 💋
Shub: love you too ♥️🌼

Dylan texted too after ages. I worked with Dylan O' Brien  a couple years ago and we became literal besties!

Dylan: dudee hii!! So long since we talked but guess what.....SURPRISE I'm coming to India!!! Landing at 11.
Dylan: attending some opening night of a centre. Just for a day tho but can't wait too hang out with you. m and  your new            friends
Dylan: sandyy reply I landed and I'm stranded!
Dylan: you mad or dead bitch!?
Sandy: Omg! Omg! Whattt Yay!! Why just for a day tho....😭
Sandy: also sorry I slept in did you get the address and a cab?
Dylan: ya!! OTW can't wait to see you!

I quickly woke up Maitre and dragged her down with me to receive Dylan. We sat in the lobby waiting for him to come while Maitre looked and talked like a literal Zombie.

SHUBMAN'S POV:

I was returning to my room to freshen up when I saw daisy with a guy in the lobby. She wrapped his arms around him and her eyes twinkled with affection. The guy looked like that Actor - Dylan O'Brien
Damn he is definitely good looking

Dylan returned her embrace with equal warmth. They were definitely familiar. Maitreyi saw me staring and said,

"Hey Dylan, meet Shubman Gill ! Shubman meet Dylan O'Brien!"

Daisy chimed in, "Shubman, Dylan is a weirdo from Hollywood and Dylan, Shub is -

"Please Sandy, after all the texts in GC ik who he is. Hey Shubman! Pleasure to meet you, heard so much about you."

"Hey Man! Likewise, hope all good things." I tried to friendly but Deep down I felt a pang of jealousy.

Sania said, "Anyway Shub ik you have a busy day and you seem tired so carry on, Me and M are gonna show him around town cuz he is just here for the day. See you in the evening Shub!"

Maitreyi popped in, "Guys I feel like shit rn, you guys carry on I need to sleep otherwise the evening is ruined."

I managed to nod but I couldn't shake off a lingering feeling of jealousy within me.

I came out of the shower to see Instagram stories of them having fun without me
