"Make him jealous, duh." Sherri told Ariel.

After a few weeks Sherri had noticed that her sister hadn't been herself for sometime and she confronted her about it.

Ariel had no choice but to tell Sherri about her crush on Jeff.
Sherri had been so excited that her sister had a crush. Not that Ariel never had crushes before but Sherri had never seen her have a crush that she was willing to do something about.

"I can't. He's with someone." Ariel told Sherri. Sherri bent over and applied mascara on Ariel's lashes.

The girls were getting ready for their first high school party. One of the more popular guys at school, Bryce Walker, was throwing it. He was only a sophomore but he was supposedly super rich and all the juniors and seniors loved partying at his place.

All the cheerleaders had been invited. Ariel had been planning on going to Clay's, his family was having a movie night and Clay got to pick the movie. Clay said his mother had said Ariel and Sherri were more than welcome.

Sherri stated that they could hang out with Clay any time they wanted but this was their first party and it was apparently more important.

"Is he with someone though or maybe they're just hooking up?" Sherri asked.

"Sherri!" Ariel yelled.

"What? No one is ever really with anyone these days. Seline told me."

"Mmhmm." Ariel sounded. She loved that Seline was always so nice to them but she saw how Seline went around with a new guy each week and she didn't think she wanted to take her advice and become known as 'that girl'.

"I'm just saying. Let him decide who he wants to be with." Sherri shrugged as she put a dark red lipstick on Ariel.

"The twins are in the house!"

Ariel hadn't been expecting Bryce to announce their arrival so loudly but he had.

Ariel sunk back as random people she didn't even know whooped. Sherri ate up the spotlight for the both of them.

"Hey guys." Bryce Walker walked up to them with a smile on his face.

"Hey!" Sherri greeted happily. "Your house is insane."

"It's okay." Bryce shrugged. "I'm glad you both could make it. You look stunning, ladies."

Bryce winked at Ariel.

"Thanks." Sherri responded brightly, giving a curtsey.

"You know I've always thought twins talked at the same time but your sister here seems not to talk at all." Bryce chuckled.

Ariel felt his eyes on her.

Sherri held her sister's hand and squeezed hard. "Oh she talks."

Ariel flinched. She got the message, 'stop embarrassing me in front of the cute guy'.

"Sorry, I'm just getting used to all this." She spoke, forcing a smile.

"Then let's get some sh*t in you that will help you loosen up." Bryce spoke as he threw his arms over both girl's shoulders, walking in between them.

Ariel initially didn't know what they had done to receive such special attention from the host but she soon understood when she saw people giving Bryce suggestive nods and smiles.
