Pov Luna:

It's been a few hours since I got the bite from Derek and I can already feel a difference. I feel stronger and I can hear things that I never heard before and oh I can smell things i'd rather not smell.

Like right now in pe, coach's class. I mean normally I can smell the boys, but now it's like ten times worse. Today we're doing the rock climbing wall. Now up are Scott and Allison and it's pretty obvious they're taking their time as they seem to be talking with eachother. And Scott is definitely staring at Allisons butt.

All of a sudden Allison kicks him off the wall and he lands back on the mat. Everyone laughs as he holds his chest. "Mccall, I don't know why, but your pain gives me a special kind of joy. Right?" Coach says.

"All right, next two... Luna, Erica, let's go. The wall."

It's now my turn to climb the wall and although i'm not the best, I think i'm doing okay. As I was reaching the top, I noticed Erica struggle quite a bit. i'm surprised they even let her do this as it can be dangerous for someone like her.

I look down to see her start to hyperventilate. "Help, please..."

"Erica. Dizzy? Is it vertigo?" Coach yelled and some people reacted to it but I couldn't make out what they said because of how high up I am. "I'm fine." Erica says with a shaking voice.

I can clearly see she is far from fine, so I slowly start to go down. "W-why doesn't anybody tell me this stuff? Epilectic?" I can hear coach say. "Erica, you're fine. Just-just kick off from, from the wall."

As coach kept talking I got to the same hight as her, still holding on to the wall tightly being a bit scared myself. "There's, there's a mat to catch you."

"Erica, it's okay... If if you want I can do it first, you'll see it's okay?" She didn't respond to me, instead she kept shaking her head. "We can do it together? Just imagine there's no one down there, just you and me here. Just breath and kick off the wall... I'm right next to you." I say keeping my voice soft and not to loud, I know she doesn't like the loud noises.

She nods her head and looks at me, i'm guessing for a sign. "Okay, on three... One. Two. Three.." We both kick off the wall and land with both feet on the ground. "See, you're fine. You're on the ground. Let's go. Shake it off. You're fine." Coach tries to talk it all away, but it's not fine. He should know better than this, she shouldn't have been anywhere near that wall.

Everyone is laughing at her as she walks past them on her way to the locker room. She's not fine, because everyone is gonna make fun of her for something she can't control.

Coach let us all go, letting us off early. I was sitting in the locker room checking my phone someone comes up to me. "What did you say to her?" Allison asks me, looking down at me as she stands in front of me. "What?"

"What did you say to Erica to get her down?"

"Oh, it's nothing... It's just not fair, coach shouldn't have let her up there."

"I can agree on that, it was dangerous."

"Okay..." I say being confused. I'm not sure what she wants from me. "Do you need anything?" I ask her as she's still standing in front of me. She seems to snap out of it as she starts shaking her head. "Oh, no, no... Actually, do you wanna-" I get up halfway through her question as I feel something.

I go back into the gym to see Erica up on the climbing wall and I run to her as I can tell she's about to fall. Just as I got to her she fell, but I caught her in my arm just in time and I gently lay her down on the ground. People came running into the gym and stood around us.
