Pov Allison:

The jealous feeling inside of me only grew as I stayed to watch them longer. Cora might be a werewolf, but if she were to hurt my girl I won't hesitate to put her down. It's simply a fact that I don't trust her around my girl.

So after watching them for a while I followed them outside and waited for Luna to leave before I went up to Cora.

"And who might you be? Some overly jealous girl I assume, seeing as you've been staring at me for an hour or so." She says with a smirk growing on her face.

"What did you say to Luna, huh? Something to get in her head that made her trust you again?"

"Honey, if she's not talking to you it's probably because she doesn't care about you. I don't need to put words in her head, because she already trusts me by heart."

I could lie and say I didn't believe it, but it sounded pretty convincing. Maybe Luna would always trust Cora, but I know she cares about me.

"You didn't seem very trustworthy when you faked your own death... She hated you whilst she loves me." I smiled proud of myself when I saw her clench her fists.

"You really think you're that much better than me?"

"Oh I think we both know the answer to that." I say suddenly feeling confident. I probably should watch my words in front of a werewolf, but this is about Luna.

"I think Luna would disagree on that. Now we're on the subject of her, i'd suggest you stay away from her, you're no good. I mean. What do you bring to her other than problems, wasn't it your aunt that caused that fire that separated us? I would've killed you for it if it weren't for Luna to hate me afterwards."

"I'm not to blame for my aunts mistakes."

"Perhaps not, but you're just like her... Using a Hale to get what you want. You don't give a damn about Luna, you just use her for her power to screw her over in the end."

"She's not a Hale, she's a Martin."

"Maybe by blood... Why do you think she isn't in that boys pack? She's loyal to Derek, a Hale."

"I hope Luna will see what's become of you." I say looking her up and down. I don't see what's so damn special about her other than that nasty attitude. "She can do so much better than a best friend like you."

"You probably couldn't even tell me her favorite flower, so honey, move one."

"Tullips... I don't know what you're aiming for, but know she's not that same eleven year old girl, you don't know the seventeen year old Luna like I do."

The next day for what feels like the first time since forever I see Luna walk through the school without her otherhalf by her side. For some reason instead of going to her locker like she usually would, she walks the opposite direction. Without any hesitation I followed her.

"Luna?"

"Mhm?" She turned around facing me.

"Where are you going?"

"My locker? Why?" She answers keeping it as short as possible. I could feel her trying to shut me out, but I won't let her, not this time.

"Your locker is the other way." She looks around confused before putting up a smile. "Right... I knew that." She was about to walk away so I thought of things I could say to her before she'd leave again.
