"It's called... 'The Demon King's Cocoon'."

The moment Ichor says that, both Sam and Mike suddenly tense up as they stand up in unison, their auras flaring out uncontrollably throughout the building. Their auras seem to be clashing and melding into each other randomly, causing an irregular flow of aura to crash against both him and Crimson. Surprisingly, these auras seem to be directional, as Lily, who is beside them, doesn't seem to be affected by them at all.

Wobble!

Sensing the aura hitting her, Crimson's tendrils are immediately pointed toward both of them. The tendrils' tips are now shifting and changing into beastly jaws that could do some serious damage without a doubt. Moreover, they could seemingly hear some kind of wailings of many monsters within those jaws, as if they were a window to the fate of all of those that she had dealt with so far.

For Sam and Mike, these wailings are like the sounds of monsters begging to be free from this fate they are currently facing. As for Lily, the sounds seem to be beckoning and jeering at her, seemingly trying to force her to become a part of them. Both ignore this though, as they start muttering to themselves about something else.

"So that's the case... No wonder the Church shut itself from the outside world and recall everyone back to the Holy City, that freaking guy is actually going to be born again."

"Guess I should expect it from the signs I saw during my jobs to deal with the demons and how many are becoming cocky recently. Their fricking king is going to be born, of freaking course they are going to probe us first."

"But the last war happened less than 100 years ago, and many places are still dealing with the aftermath until now. The beginning will most likely be a bloodbath for our side."

"... Well, at least we now know that your Clinic is going to have a mad rise in popularity soon then. After all, the legendary Child of Life with working with you here."

"Oh shut it, Mike. This is serious!"

As the two slowly become more engrossed in their conversation, their auras also become more unstable and dangerous to the 2 other people(+1 evolving beast) nearby. Ichor and Crimson are fine, as Ichor's <Life Aura> is pushing back the auras of the two just enough to give them breathing room to work with. But Lily sure as heck doesn't have that skill, and neither does she have anything that should protect her since she is here in her pajamas right now.

Luckily, she is sitting next to him. So he just moved his chair and sat right next to her, making sure that his aura was covering her too.

"You good there?"

"Ye- Yeah... I am now..."

Lily nods while a hint of red can be seen on her face, either from the fact that a boy her age is right next to her when she is currently wearing her pajamas, or that she is still recovering from the pressure from both the adults that she had faced just now.

Nodding to her answer, he covertly used <Healing Array> with all four of its types to see if there was any injury on her or not. But after seeing that there's none caused by the auras, he stops his skill before she can realize something is up.

'There's something wrong with her mana somehow. I should try checking that later.'

Looking at the auras that are going to go out of the building at any moment now, he quickly makes up a way to deal with it.

'We're gonna need a different place to speak about this subject, don't we?'

With that in mind, Ichor quickly put his hand into his spatial pouch and pulled out a small tablet with a rune etched into it. Holding it tightly in his hand, a white spark appears from his finger as it covers the rune itself.
