'<Healing Array: Physical>'

Ichor activates his skill at the patient on the bed, regrowing his cut-off arm back to normal.

"That should be it for now. Are the rest of you done on your side?"

Ichor looks away from the man, who is now thanking him profusely on the side, and gazes at the rest of the healers in the room.

"Done here!"

"Done too."

"This is easier than I thought."

Sounds of agreement are heard from them, making Ichor calm down and send away the healed patients and signal the others to rest for now.

"Get ready then. Based on what I heard so far, we might have a lot of work waiting for us at night."

""Yes, Boss!""

Ichor was not sure when the healers chose to call him 'Boss'. But from the looks of it, he might've made a really good impression in just a few hours he had been in here.

He just hopes that it won't be a problem in the long run.

Nodding at the healers, he quietly walks away from the room to find Lucia, who had brought him here, to ask some questions. But after some time, he can't find her, so he just goes away to an empty room near the trauma room for now.

Sitting on the chair with a cup of water in hand, Ichor thought about what happened.

"It seemed that I won't be getting a lot of XP from this, huh."

During the entire situation, Ichor managed to heal only 23 people for this wave, which is not a lot since he expected it to be higher based on how overwhelmed the defenders were. Then again, this is not the only place where the severely injured were sent to be healed, so he guesses that it's good enough for now.

After all, he managed to level up to Level 22 through it.

Moreover, through healing the injured people, Ichor found out that <Enhanced Recovery> had given him a very unique problem for himself. And that problem is related to 'control'.

To be more precise, it's the control over the output of his skill like <Healing Array> and control over the activation of his skills like <Life Aura>.

For the former, he is currently unable to control the minimum output of the skill to be anything less than dangerous for most people, forcing him to only heal those who are so injured that this vitality would not hurt them permanently and have Crimson drain the unneeded out.

All beings have vitality in them, this is a fact. The problem is that the container for storing this vitality, which is their body, has a limit to how much it can contain. Due to how Ichor cannot control his output, this limit had to be dealt with immediately to not cause danger to the body.

If not, then they will suffer severe genetic mutations, turning into lesser-than-living beings that are better off being dead. This is nothing more than a theory for now, but it would make sense based on the cause of death for those who had pure Life affinity before him.

For the latter, despite his deactivating the skill, the aura of pure vitality would still leak out from him to the surroundings. Luckily, this leaked aura is simply just his vitality without any skill effect on it, so he's good for now.

But still, the leaked vitality is still purer than anyone in the room had felt. And with how this world works exactly regarding strengths, this aura would carry a suppressive power like that of Crimson's <Blood Suppression>.
