The voice resonates with something inside of her, something that is not physical, not a soul or mind or body, but still as important as any others. The blueprint of her existence is changed with her birth, her growth, her death, and beyond.

Even if the first three disappeared, this thing will still exist. It's her proof of existence, her brand of history, her strings of fate, her very Life.

And now, here it is, something comes and resonates with it like her meeting her fated lover. It compels her to push away her traumas and focus on reality, looking in front of her from which she feels the voice originated.

"Child of Life?"

"Eh... Still don't feel like owning up to that title right now. Also, my name is Ichor."

Under the barrage of hail falling from the sky, stands Ichor. His clothes are nothing more than a simple shirt and pants with a pair of glasses and a small smile on his face, giving the impression that he is a simple tourist in the wrong place at the wrong time.

However, an invisible roof made out of solid wind floating above his head is breaking that impression. The roof is large and sloped enough that any hail that could hit him would bounce off it harmlessly, never hitting its target in the process.

The most important part about the current him, however, is his eyes. Instead of the dull orange or red color that she had seen before, they are now a golden-ish yellow that gives off a warm feeling when she looks at them.

'It...feels so calm.'

Maybe her face gives away her thoughts to him, but he smiles warily and points his finger up, presumably to the falling hail above them.

"Before anything else, mind stopping the hail for a bit? It's kinda scary being here, to be honest."

"Stop?"

It takes Kori a few moments to realize that she is the cause of this hailstorm. Not only that, this entire weather creation is nothing more than her emitted mana interacting with the world itself.

'This is...my doing? How is it possible?'

Despite her confusion over her newfound ability, she still focuses on reining in her mana back down. Maybe if she had a bit more control over her sudden power surge, then she might be wondering why is she following Ichor's words like it's natural. But she truly has no clue as to how powerful she truly is at the moment and how much harder it is to control it than she had expected, so her mind is too full to think of that in the first place.

Seeing that the hailstorm is lessening slowly, eventually left with just a light snowfall, Ichor walks to Kori as he puts away his wind roof and takes out an oversized winter coat and pants from his spatial pouch before putting them down in front of her. All the while, he's looking in every direction besides the front and turns around to let his back face her after giving the coat.

"Also... Cover yourself properly if you don't mind, I don't even know where to look right now."

"... Eh?"

Kori takes a moment to process his words before looking down at herself, which shows that the only thing preventing her from being in her birthday suit is her own cloak. It manages to hide all the important bits from Ichor's view of course, but the problem is that there is literally nothing else covering her body aside from it.

'Why am I naked!?!?'

In what is probably the quickest series of actions that she has ever done in her entire life, her face turns beet red as she pulls the cloak in place with one hand while using the other hand to take the coat to her. After that, she puts it on in record time and fashions her cloak into a makeshift dress to hide her figure even further.
