Chapter 4 The Party

Everyone went to their rooms for a good rest before getting up again for the royal party for Princess Cassidy.

But April was having a hard time to fall asleep so she just decided to lay back and rest her body instead for the last two long and exhausted trips.

April thoughts about ever major thing that happened since she first came to Valeria.

Ahe felt that too much was changed.

And her first day at coming to Valeria was even hard to remember since it had been that long.

First of all she walked into this world as a stranger, everything was so bizarre and unfamiliar to her. Then she had found out that her grandma was a fairy and the she had inherited the powers from her.

But even than finding out that her own relative had locked the powers of every elf and fairy and than made the tree sick.

Even through, to some extend, April thinks Catherine had something to do with it also.

Finding out that Ariana had probably the worst fight with the most vicious fairy in the kingdom and then got scent to the world without magic, also known as the human world. Then she went on a mission to the lake with Tanya and the rest of the seekers to first find out about Ember and that the lake had been poisoned by her.

And she was able to lift the toxic magic out of the lake. She still had no idea what the strange shadow was in the lake after everything had turned back to normal.

After returning to Valeria, everyone hanging up on her after fixing the one thing that everyone in Valeria was getting so upset about and not allowing her to explain her reasoning.

And than, the probably the most shocked, and heartwarming thing about it all was at that point Livian told her his feelings.

Then not long later having Ember come through to Valeria and literally wreck the place up, and than waking up next minute in bed to see that she had grown wings.

And to search about the sceptre and how to fix it.

Going to Librium, finding nothing except for a part of a flag for Narindel and Dairon earning his wings.

To find out that Narindel had the missing piece of the sceptre all this time and had final been returned where it had belonged.

And than gathering a newcomer, Princess Cassidy.

There were loads of unanswered questions in April mind after going through every single event that occured to her at that moment.

And even more that she hadn't even needed to think about.

Was the powers locked by Ariana or was Catherine lying about that?

She did say that she had no idea how to unlock the powers and the second minute when all was in desperate need, she removed them.

How strange.

What caused the fight in Librium with Ariana and Ember?

Why was she targeting her grandma?

Because she was the only one who would stand up for what's right?

Or becuase she had the sceptre?

What was that shadow in the lake?

Where did the shadow come from?

Catherine said that there were stroies and legends about such matter.

What were the stories?

The legends?
