Your Finished Berbrooke pt.2
(Age 19)
As soon as Daemerys and Daemom entered the Bridgertons house they were all there in the foyer stressing together, before daphne making eye contact with them and rushing towards them, well Daemerys.
"What happened?" Daphne asked worried. "What did you do?" Violet asked concerned. "We took care of our little problem." Daemerys said taking her coat off. "What do you by "take care" of the problem?" Eloise asked glaring at her. "nothing for you all to worry about. He'll be gone by tonight." She stated brushing past them all up to the stairs. "What do you mean by that?" Eloise yelled watching her keep on walking. "What do you mean?!" She yelled again stoped and smiled at her before walking away.
Later that night Daemerys was dressed in a green lace dress with her hair down. Her maid Elizabeth had just finished putting on her gold earrings, just before Eloise came in.
"If this is about early you have nothing to worry about." Daemerys stated putting on a lipstick. "You're keeping secrets, and lying. I need to know why." Eloise stated sitting down next to her. "Do I ask where you go everyday Eloise?" Daemerys asked. "We'll continue this later." She stated getting up. "I keep a lot of things Eloise, I know you keep a lot of things. But I don't say anything, I should hope you do the same." She added before walking out of the bedroom. "What are you hiding Daemerys?" Eloise asked herself.
By time Daemerys and the Bridgertons entered the ball there was already a crowd full of ladies surrounding someone. Daemerys smirked to herself thinking about the warning she gave him.
"Hi, hello, excuse me." Daemerys said scooting past the girls surrounding him. "Aw you made it." She said smiling at him. "What are you doing here your majesty?" Lady Cowper said rather rudely. "Am I not supposed to say hello to my fiancé?" She asked as the girls gasped and muttered. "Your fiancé?" Prudence asked in a snarky tone. "Yes Prudence, my fiancé." She said as he placed a hand at her side. "Would you like to dance aemerys?" He asked as she nodded letting him take her to the floor. "God I hate those woman." He said twirling her. "Join. The. Club." She said as he smirked. "Anthony is staring you down." She said under her breath. "Let him." Daemom said firmly.
They danced and danced and danced all night. The ton just kept staring at them like she was a spinster and he like a piece of meat. She shut everything down while he broke hearts. After all that dancing Daemerys went to the powder room to freshen up when suddenly a hand pulled her into a room.
"What the fuck?!" She yelled seeing Eloise. "I need to know, I need to know." Eloise said as Daemerys sighed. "You cannot do this Eloise, pull someone into a dark room. What if I had a weapon and I hurt you with it?" Daemerys asked frustrated. "You lie and lie and keep secrets." Eloise said beginning to ramble.
And just like that Daemerys snapped. Her heart pounding out of her chest, ringing in her ears and most importantly the red fury in her eyes
"Do you ever think that maybe, my secrets are to protect you? To keep you happy and safe?" Daemerys in a fury. "You wanna know everything, Eloise? You think you need to know everything?" She asked as Eloise avoided eye contact. "Well here it is darling. I was abused by my brother my whole childhood." She stated with tears in her eyes. "He beat me to death almost every night when I wasn't here. That's why I had to leave when I did. I've been homeless. I've endured torture. I-" she started to say before stopping. "That's the big secret." She said looking to Eloise. "You were abused?" Eloise asked shocked. "We can't do this Eloise we can't have this conversation with everyone outside. I can't, I have to go." Daemerys said whipping her tears. "Daemerys wait-" Eloise said before watching Daemerys walk out of the darkened room.
Once Daemerys went back to the area that the ton was in the Bridgertons instantly knew something had happened.
"What happened?" Daemon asked as she put on a smile. "I'm fine." She stated as he nodded. "If everyone can have my attention please!" The short man from earlier said getting on a podium. "It's happening." Daemerys said shocked. "Good." Daemon said. "Is there a Lord Berbooke present?" The man asked as everyone parted to show him.
"Karmas a bitch."
