A Situation pt.2
(Age 20)
"Sister!" Hyacinth yelled as Daemerys came through the front door. "Hyacinth, it's only been 3 weeks." Daemerys said patting the child. "What are you doing here?" Benedict asked confused walking around the corner. "Well I thought you all could need some help and it was good timing because I'm a dead woman walking." She stated as Anthony came around the corner. "Oh good at this rate every Bridgerton that lived will be here." Anthony said walking up. "Be grateful I came." She said hugging him. "So where's your dear husband?" Benedict asked. "He is off training, I'm sure he will be here in a matter of time." Daemerys said. "So where is the father to be?" She joked as everyone flared at her. "To soon?" She asked as they all nodded. "Dearest!" Violet exclaimed bringing the girl into a hug. "How's married life treating you?" She asked kissing the girls cheek. "Great, were Colin?" She asked looking around. "In his bedroom, sulking." Eloise said. "I will be back then, and I want to catch up with you first." She said as Eloise smiled.
Knock knock knock.
"Come in." A low voice said. "Hey." Daemerys said closing the door behind her. "I came as soon as I heard." She said coming next to him. "Aren't you supposed to be ok your honeymoon?" He asked rolling over. "You're more important." She said running her hands through his hair. "So what happened?" She asked as he sighed.
Colin told her everything to Marina cornering him in a room to him rejecting her advances. Daemerys was fuming by this point.
"And you actually still want her? Colin. She lied to you." she said angry. "My heart still wants her though." He said sitting but. "She played you, you were a pawn in her plan. You need to get that in your head. She used you, Colin." Daemerys said. "Penelope would never do that." She added. "She's pen, she does not count." He said as Daemerys groaned. "Who's the one who's always been there? Who's the one who's always been by your side? Penelope Featherington." She stated. "She's the best thing that's ever happened to you. Don't let that go." She said standing up. "You would be an idiot to do so." She said walking towards the door the door before leaving.
Daemerys walked down the hall looking at the paintings the hung in the foyer. She smiled looking at an older one of her with Eloise, and Daphne.
"There's a luncheon the Queen is hosting, we are to attend. Will you make a surprise entrance?" Violet asked. "I will be there." Daemerys said. "When is it?" She asked. "In 3 hours." Violet said in a serious tone. "The duke and Daphne are here." Violet said. "Oh, is that right?" Daemerys said. "What happened? Between the Duke and you? You didn't show up to the wedding." Violet asked. "He made me cry on my wedding day. He called me a murderer, and some other things." Daemerys said as Violet gasped. "And I made the executive decision to remove him from my life." She stated. "He made you cry on your wedding day?" Daphne asked coming around the corner. "Congratulations Daphne." Daemerys said. "Eloise is waiting for me so, excuse me." She said scooting last Violet.
Knock knock knock.
"Eloise are you in here-" Daemerys said seeing a man in her room, before closing the door behind her. "What are you doing Eloise?" Daemerys whispered/shouted. "Daemerys this is Theo, Theo this is my sister princess Daemerys." Eloise introduced. "Your majesty." He said bowing his head. Knock knock. "Eloise, are you coming to the modest?" Violet asked. "Give us a few minutes mama, I'm just helping Eloise look presentable." Daemerys shouted before hearing the footsteps go further away. "There's a window that leads down to the back of the house. Go down the hall to the left at the second bedroom. It's very easy to climb down." She told him. "Go, now." She said as he made his way towards the door. "Say you dropped this so I'm returning it." She said to Theo as he nodded before leaving the room. "Be lucky it was just me Eloise. What the hell are you thinking?" Daemerys asked putting her hands on her hips. "Never mind that come on, mama will get suspicious of us." Daemerys said walking out of the room.
Daemerys went to the modest with them. Everybody was staring at them. Just waiting for someone to say something about the elicit scandal, Lady Whistledown produced and published. "You look gorgeous." Daemerys said coming into the view. "Like a princess." Violet said. "Of course you would know." Eloise said looking to Daemerys. "Yes I would." She said feeling eyes on them. "Do not say anything dearest." Violet said. "If I hear one more whisper, I'll say something. Let us pray I don't." Daemerys said quietly. "I did not expect to see the princess here. Scandal certainly follows her." A woman said. "I'm sorry wasn't your husband caught in a brothel last season?" Daemerys asked turning towards the ladies. "We-I" the woman started to say. "Exactly. Don't start something you can't finish." Daemerys said as the ladies huffed and stomp out of the shop. "Insufferable woman they are." Daemerys said sighing as Violet gave her the mom stare. "Do not look at me like that." Daemerys stated. "What is a brothel?" Eloise asked. "Where men go to enjoy other people's company. Like whites but more scandalous." Daemerys explained as Eloise nodded. "Alright Madame Delaquoix we must be off." Violet said opening the shop door. "Come on girls." Violet said. "Change of plans your siblings are going to meet us at the luncheon." Violet said once they were in the carriage. "Do not fight with Simon Daemerys, I mean it." Violet said as Daemerys nodded. "I won't even look or talk to him." She said. "I thought you two were best friends?" Eloise said.
"Well relationships die."
