"You will always be in a safe place"

(Age 22)

The next morning rolled around quickly in the Bridgerton home. Daemerys was holding Jacaerys, feeding him while Daemon, was in the corner reading quietly.

"He has brown hair." Daemon said turning the page as she rolled her eyes. "That is what happens to us Daemon, I had brown hair when I was just a baby." She said picking him up cooing at him. "He's still yours." She stated looking him up and down. "Didn't say he wasn't." He said looking up from his book. "You implied it." She stated glaring at him. "Alicent will use it." He said looking back to his book. "Well she's a cunt anyway, nobody likes her." She said placing Jacaerys in his crib. "Nothing can happen today, I'll make sure today." She said walking over to him. "Hmm." She said looking at his hair. "Something wrong, dearest?" He asked mockingly as she smack his arm. "She's my mother." Daemerys stated sitting down at the end of the bed. "Not biologically." He pointed out as she glared at him.

I mean, he was right in some sort of sense. Violet Bridgerton wasn't her mother biologically. She never had and never will, but she's still her mother. Violet took care of her when her own mother wasn't there. It doesn't matter if your not biologically brother, sisters, mothers, and fathers. Their is a bond, a bond that cannot be broken. And their bond could and wouldn't ever or never be broken ever, maybe not right now at least....

Knock knock knock..

"Yes?" They both answered darting their heads towards the door as it opened. "The dowager viscountess would like to say it will be a formal event so please wear your best dresses and suits." The maid said closing the door. "I guess that answers my next question." Daemerys mumbled. "God forbid anything bad happens." She said walking over to her closet. "Now!" She said clapping her hands together. "Get dressed." She said tossing him a shirt. "I might as well have a wife, she'd nagged me too." He mumbled. "Good thing you have one then, get dressed." She said sternly walking out the door. "Excuse me, do you have some clothing for me?" She ask a maid. "Viscountess Bridgerton might have something." The maid said. "What about my late mothers clothes? Is there any here?" Daemerys asked as the maid nodded. "I'll pull some out for you, your highness." The miad said walking away.

Once the maid brought the chest down to an empty room she went through it all. All the letters, the dresses and most importantly... a letter written to her.

Dear Daemerys,

My perfect little Danny. I felt so compelled to write to you, my little girl. You've seen a lot in your nine months in my stomach, and I wanted to write you so one day you can read this and maybe understand, how we can to be where we are. Your daddy, King Aerys II Targaryen and I were married after knowing each other our whole life's. Mommy and daddy will eventually be able to be friends again, I hope. But I want you to know that I would rather be alone, then ever live with that abuse again. You will always be in a safe place. Daemerys, you are lying right next to me as I write this in mommy's big belly. I love you so much, I'm crying. And with my tears, I've marked on what I think is your little forehead. My mom taught me the most important lesson in life, "when you are hurt, you have two options, to close off, become bitter, or love more, and persevere. Love is the greatest healer", I choose love.

XO

- Rhaeline Targaryen

Daemerys read the letter, before pulling up a red scarf dress. She felt drawn to it, so she slid it over her. It felt great, it was like she was closer to her own mother. She smiled looking at herself in the mirror, she wasn't that little girl anymore.

"I always thought that would look great on you when you were older." Rhaeline said placing her hands on her shoulders. "Thank you mom." Daemerys said as her mother smiled at her, kissing her cheek. "I see you found the letter." Her mother said. "Honey, I know you hate Alicent." Rhaeline said. "But hate isn't going to help, its exhausting. I forgave her, it's now time for you." Her mother suggested. "I can't forgive someone who talked about me loosing my baby mom." Daemerys said looking down. "I know honey, I know." Rhaeline said turning her towards her. "But now she can't say anything, you have Jacaerys now. You don't want him to learn this hate, I know you don't." Rhaeline said caressing her cheek. "Just be, honest with yourself." Rhaeline said. "Mom?" Daemerys asked. "Do you think, you can come back?" With Rhaegar?" Daemerys asked as Rhaeline smiled. "We're content, we like watching you anyway." Rhaeline said. "And a hell of a show you give." Aerys said clapping. "Daddy." Daemerys said smiling. "Hey hon." Her father said kissing her forehead.

Knock knock knock,

"Yes?" Daemerys asked. "Jacaerys needs you." The maid said. "Thank you." Daemerys said as the mid closed the door. "I'm sorry it's just-" Daemerys said looking at her parents. "Go." They both said smiling at her. "Thank you." Daemerys said kissing both of their cheeks before running out.

Daemerys ran down the hall hearing his baby screams, clearly he was upset. Daemon was trying to calm him down as Daemerys ran in.

"Is he ok?" Daemerys asked being handed Jacaerys. "Shhh shhh, it's ok." Daemerys said comforting him. "Aww baby." She said patting his back. "Is that?" Daemon asked taking a step back.

Daemon could've fainted from seeing the red shaw on her. It was like he was seeing Rhaeline again, except she was holding his son. She had envisioned her mothers body.

"Shhh it's ok, just go to sleep." Daemerys said laying him down. "Where did you find that?" He asked looking her up and down. "In a chest." She said giving him a weak smile. "A chest?" He asked. "And this." She said bringing out a letter. "Oh!" They heard outside. "I think it's time." Daemerys said looking outside the window. "Daemon?" She asked. "What?" He asked as she looked down. "I'm sorry." She said as he looked at her concerned. "I'm sorry for what people will say." She stated looking outside. "They are all cunts anyway." He said crossing her arms. "I just want you to know, I don't regret anything. I'm just sorry for what people will say." She said as she smirked at her. "I have their tongue if they say something. " he said as she chuckled. "Thank you." She said hugging him. "Hmm." He said kissing her forehead. "Alright let's go." She said Taking his arm, around hers.

Everything was going well outside Aubrey Hall, everyone was socializing and smiling at each other. Laughter filled the air of the ton, as the doors opened. Nobody really turned around just thinking it was somebody arriving late. But as soon as somebody looked up and gasped looking at the white hair, 90% of the ton turned around to look. And there came The King and Queen, walking down the stairs onto the grass. Nobody knew what to say, or even to think when they saw Daemerys. They all thought she died when she was stabbed. But there she stood in front of them. But somebody said something, and the woman bowed down and began to utter the words, they'd well she'd been dreading....

"Your majesties."
