Chapter 10

Ivy

I just lay in my bed the next morning and grinned to myself.
Last night, King kissed me in front of his men and called me his girl. I sat later at a table with him and his brothers along with Bane, we had fun, and I felt good.
"You take care of her," Bane said to Aidan as he looked at us. "I almost like her," he added.
"Don't worry, I'll take care of her. And I mean it," King said to Bane, who raised his glass and clinked glasses with him.
Ace later picked up his guitar and sang, and I was surprised that he was so good. Duke was laughing the whole time and wiggling his eyebrows.
When King brought me to his parents' house, we stood in front of the door like teenagers.
"You know you sleep in my old room?" he asked. "So if you touch yourself tonight you'll know that you're doing it in my bed," he said, laughing.
"Idiot," I called after him as he returned to the bar.
"But I'm your idiot," he said, laughing.
My... he said he was mine, and I grinned to myself even though I had barely slept.

"Tell me what happened now! I always miss the best things!" Alice shouted as she stormed into my room, and I jumped.
"Jesus Christ, Alice!" I shouted, laughing.
"Tell me!" she said as she jumped onto the bed, screaming.
Alice's eyes widened when I told her, and she beamed. "You already know what that means, girl!" she said excitedly. "He introduced you to the club as his girlfriend. You're his Ol' Lady!" she squealed.
"He just said to keep their hands off me," I explained.
"You are of limits for the others! So you are his Ol' lady...I don't have to explain to you what OL LADY means, you are a rider princess!" she said, laughing.
She was right; he claimed me in front of everyone, and that meant I became his Of Limits Lady. When I realized this, I beamed even more, and Alice laughed loudly.
We were sitting with John and Evelyn, drinking coffee when Alice broke the news to them.
"I know I heard them outside the door last night. Like two teenagers! I didn't overhear you, you were just way too loud," Evelyn said to me, and I had to laugh.
"Welcome to the Ol' Ladies club!" said Alice and raised her coffee.
John just laughed as he listened to us. "Pete is going to kill me," he said amused.
Just as we were all sitting at the table laughing, King came in, and I turned to him, smiling. His face was serious, and everyone stopped laughing and looked at him.
“Tom called me… and I called church. I want you to be there,” he said.
Alice and John got up and went to the door, and King just looked at me. “You too,” he said, smiling.
I've never been to a club meeting, not even with my dad, so this was pretty exciting for me. When I entered the room, the men were all sitting across from us at a large table.
"Good morning Queen of the Damned and welcome to the shit show," I heard Duke say, and everyone laughed.
King pointed his finger at an empty chair, and I sat down as he winked at me. Void sat across from me, typing on his laptop, while King greeted everyone as they yawned.
"Alice, Duke, and I will see Tom later...apparently there's some news, and he wanted to discuss it in person. So Ace will hold the fort while I'm away. I don't know what is going on. I want to hear from Tom, so I want you all to be ready," King said, and the men nodded in agreement.
They discussed a few other things that had nothing to do with this, and King introduced me as his Ol' Lady to the men who were not in the Bar last night after that soon King ended the meeting. When they all left, I was standing alone in the room with King, and he pulled me to him and kissed me.
"I want you to come with me," he said to me as he smiled at me.
I nodded, happy to finally be able to experience something firsthand and about his decision to take me with him, which meant a lot to me.
After breakfast, King and I stood at his bike, and he put a helmet on me. Not that I couldn't do it myself, I just enjoyed his care. His fingers brushed my skin as he fastened the helmet and I got goosebumps as he touched my skin, and I looked at his eyes. He was just so sexy with his brown eyes and pearly white teeth showing as he smiled and lifted my chin with two fingers to kiss me. "You definitely won't drive, you almost killed us last time," I heard Duke grumble behind me as he and Alice parked the car behind us.
"When the lovers are ready, we'll set off," Duke said cheekily, and I grinned during the kiss.
"Shut up, Duke," said King and took me in his arms.
We had a long drive to Anaheim where we were supposed to meet Tom. King explained to me that Tom was meeting them there and it was safe. I enjoyed the drive there as I rode with King. I hugged him and rested my head on him as we drove. He stroked my leg and put his hand over mine as I hugged him and held on to him. He shifted once in his place as my hand slid over his abs, and I had to laugh. My breasts touched his back, and he moaned into his helmet, which made me laugh even louder. Teasing him like that while he steered his bike was so exciting to me that I could never get enough of it.
When we arrived, I walked to Duke and Alice's car and threw my helmet in the back seat.
"What about King?" Duke asked as he looked at him, and he was still standing next to the bike, facing away from us.
“I have no idea,” I said and laughed, knowing he had an erection for half an hour.
"Let's go, dickhead," Duke said as he entered the building with Alice.
King put his helmet on the motorcycle and looked at me shaking his head.
"You'll regret that," he said grinning, and I looked at him innocently.
When we entered an apartment, an older man was waiting for us, and a young dark-skinned man was sitting next to him.
"This is Dan, my son," he greeted King with a handshake and introduced the man.
"He's going to take over my job one day so you should get to know each other," Tom said as King and Dan greeted each other warmly.
"You already know Duke and Alice...and that's my Ol' Lady Ivy," King said as he pointed at me, and I couldn't help but smile.
"Ol' Lady means Of Limit Lady, not because she is old but because she is untouchable," Tom explained to his son, and he nodded understandably.
"I'm really looking forward to meeting you and looking forward to our collaboration," Dan said as he asked us to sit down.
"What's wrong, Tom?" King asked, and we all looked at him.
"I got him, King! I looked for him for days and found him and he led me exactly where I wanted," Tom said with a smile.
"What do you mean by that?" Duke asked, confused.
Tom took his laptop and typed away on it only to turn it towards us and play a video. The fucker I was shadowing got out of his car and went into a warehouse only to leave a short time later in a van. "Look!" Tom said as he pressed something, and the image changed. I saw people sitting in the van that were shown through thermal cameras.
"There are seven women trapped. None are injured as far as I've seen. We intercepted a phone call in which he talks about this Friday when the buyer is coming. They will meet in Phoenix, Arizona. I think the women are supposed to be taken to Mexico to be resold," explained Tom. "What do you want us to do?" King asked him, and he smiled.
"I need you there when the women are freed, you have to take them away immediately. Something is wrong, I don't trust my own people anymore, too much information is leaking out," Tom said.
"Do you think any of your people are part of the organization?" Alice asked, confused.
Tom nodded. "That's why we're meeting here. I've had a suspicion for some time that something is going wrong. Some information that only I had has expired... that's why the meeting is here and why I only strictly monitored communication," Tom explained.
"That's why you told Void to create secure communication," Alice said understandingly, to which Tom just nodded.
"If anything happens, contact Dan...and only him. He's the only one I trust," Tom said to King, who nodded. "No one is allowed to see what you look like or your license plates. In and out without witnesses, you will be covered by me, and no one will notice you if you wear our uniforms. Full camouflage," Tom said.
King nodded, and Duke too. When we were finished, only Alice seemed worried.
"What if something goes wrong?" she asked.
"I will try to do everything right...but if something goes wrong, then you are on your own. As I said, I don't trust my own belts anymore," explained Tom.
"So full armament!" Duke said laughing, to which Tom just nodded laughing.
Tom handed Duke some large boxes and explained that they contained the things they needed to carry. When Duke opened one, I saw balaclavas and protective vests with FBI printed on them. I looked worriedly at King, who took me in his arms.
"Don't worry Baby, this isn't the first time it's been dangerous before," he said to me to calm me down.
"I don't like this, what if they come to us later and attack?" I said worriedly.
King smiled at me. "Us? We don't exist, baby. All the protected ones were given to us by Tom personally. Nobody knows about us," he said.
"What do you mean? I don't understand," I asked confused. Duke looked at him and nodded, and when King looked at Alice, she nodded in confirmation. "I have to tell you something about us," said King. "You should sit down."
