The next morning, the other actresses began to move into the studio.

You could tell who planned to stay longer than just the next round.

They all looked jealous as they saw I got to stay the night.

But, whatever, it's all about who you know.

And I am thankful to have great influences and actors in my life.

We were all in the main lobby, when Tom came stomping out of his dressing room and down the hall to all of us.

Chris and the others watched the encounter as well - seeing as they were there to direct and welcome everyone.

"Hale...Bailey..." He muttered, "You both better run."

I leaned over to Bailey, "I am sorry." I said before I bolted.

I wanted to work for Paramount since I got my stunt adrenaline...

And now was yet another time to shine, even though we were just running away from an angered actor after we pulled a prank on him.

"Holy shit," I heard Chris call out, "You better run faster to catch her Cruise"

That's when I knew I had another skill that stood out early in the competition.

And the best part was, I also knew Chris wasn't only looking for an actress to fill this role - he was looking for one to hire on with a company contract.

Someone who could fill many roles.

Tom was in his sixties now, and they needed new, younger actors to eventually take his place.

So the company could stay relevant.

I faked Tom out, so that I could turn and run back towards the crowd.

When we returned to the lobby, I was jumping over suitcases, and even people who had ducked out of the way.

I then turned back down the dressing room hall - carefully dodging the tiny plastic balls that covered the floor.

I found my dressing room door was already open.

 Bailey was beckoning me inside.

When I ran in, she slammed the door in Tom's face, locking it.

Bailey and I slid to the floor laughing our asses off. "That was fucking brilliant," I sighed, huffing slightly to regain my breath.

"Yes it was!" Bailey laughed, "He mainly took after you so I figured you'd run back here for safety."

But the fun was short-lived.

Bailey stood up, "Alright today is test screening day. You'll do a scene with Miles, Glen, Jon, Monica, Jennefier, and finally Tom. So, we have to give Jade her own unique style. However, it has to be based somewhat on the style of the movie."

I hummed and thought for a moment, "Well my closet is set up, if you wish we could start by going through what I have?"

Bailey nodded, and then revealed a slick smirk, "I already have an idea what they're looking for..."

She turned even more devilish as she pulled out a piece of paper, "The nice thing about being Chris's daughter, I convinced him years ago to never take his work home... I made a photocopy of what the team was looking for last night. It only says stuff they want to be similar style wise for Mav and Jade. But that's a great place to start isn't it?"

I smirked right back, "Oh Bailey, we are going to get along very well." I hugged her close, grabbing the paper from her hand, "Now, let's see what they're looking for."
