"And that's how I nailed the audition for a role of a lifetime." I smiled as I told a brief retelling to Jimmy. The in house audience clapped.

Tom sat next to me and waited for the crowd to die down before he began to speak.

Miles sat to the other side of me, and he gave me a highfive as I announced the film through my audition rant.

"And so, as Hale mentioned Jimmy, Top Gun Three is in the works at Paramount studios" Tom announced with a smile that only led to more cheers.

"So Hale," Jimmy changed the subject, "What can you tell us about your connection with this Character? You're obviously not new to the acting scene but this is your first big role, are you excited?"

I nodded, "Oh sure Jimmy. I am thrilled for this role. I'm a big adrenaline seeker. And with the character, Jade and I have similar backgrounds. I am an orphan - my real parents are nowhere to be found. And much like Jade I am chasing down who I am through my career. Which is why I believe I got the role. The studio I feel really saw the drive I had with this role, and my motivation."

Tom nodded, "Through auditions I believe the entire crew saw that. We are all very excited for this movie. As it always has been with Top Gun. IT's less about the plot or the franchise. It's the actors that make the movie. It's them who make it or break it. Honestly, this might be the best movie yet."

This excited the crowd very much, so much that Jimmy had to calm them down.

They were all thrilled to see just when the movie would be coming out.

"Well, filming is set to start in a month or so, so the movie should be done in about two years. Working with military equipment can be quite tricky - seeing as we have to comply with their release dates and such. It's very difficult - however, it is happening, and it will be here faster than you know." Miles informed me with a smile.

Jimmy nodded, "That's completely understandable... Now the question that my team states has been flying in so fast they can't count the number of tweets... Hale you mentioned you have done extensive training in stunt performance. Will you be doing your own stunts, and if so... Will we possibly see you in future Mission Impossible movies? As maybe a successor to Ethan Hunt"

I simply shrugged and kept my best to keep a straight face, "You never know what the future holds Jimmy. Yes, I plan to do my own stunts. If there is a possibility of what is being asked, yes anything can happen. All I can say is I have a firm contract with both Paramount and Skydance studios."

The crowd cheered, Jimmy smiled. "Alright, I believe that's all we have for you tonight. Everybody say goodbye to our guests, and make sure you are watching out for the next installment of the Top Gun franchise."

Initially, I had thought it to be weird to announce the movie before we even began filming.

However, as I saw the spike of social media accounts - my own, my costars, and Paramount's - it made a lot of sense.

We made more money from the spike of interest, which helped us make more during the process.

From a business standpoint, it made a lot of sense.

Or at least how much sense it could make to someone not as aware of the more paperwork side of the business.

So despite the interview with Jimmy, the first day of filming was today.

About a month later. I had moved onto a set, in Arizona.

They said it was going to be the main camp.
