Hailey looks on with a smile as she watches the one man that she had been waiting for come into view, instantly wrapping her arms around him for a hug.

She tried to resist the temptation of hugging him, knowing there were probably eyes on her in all directions. However, no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't find a way to keep her hands off of him. She wanted to say it was because of the week she had endured, looking for any source of comfort, but she knew by now it was more than that. She cared about him. She wanted to be with him. She enjoyed the feeling of him against her.

"It's nice to see you as well," Alex comments as he offers her a small kiss. "I tried to get back here as soon as I could to see you." She couldn't help but smirk in hearing the feeling replicated back in response. Just as much as she wanted to be there with him, he wanted to be there with her. "I hope your flight went smoothly. I'm glad that you were able to make it out here. Hopefully you get the escape that you are looking for."

"We both know that will be the case no matter what else happens this weekend..." Her cheeks were now blushing to match the smirk on her face, and there was no part of her that wanted that to end. She knew it was the truth in knowing what they would probably be doing as soon as he got done his commitments for the day. "Hopefully you can have a good practice and qualifying. Maybe give us a reason to celebrate. Not that we need any excuse..."

He then pulls her by the hand, welcoming her inside the trailer as he slips the door closed behind them. He then leads her up to the lounge, slipping the door shut quickly as they both enter together.

"Alex...." She lets out as she pins him back against the door as soon as its shut, her lips finding their way to his once again. "This is a bad idea..."

"I have to get changed, and you shouldn't be left unattended," he replies with an excuse for his actions, which may be believable in knowing what the teammates had said earlier. Should she tell him about what Kyle said? Maybe William would repeat those comments to him. What if he did, and she didn't share them? "I figured you could just keep me company. Isn't that why you are here?" He then slips off of his shirt, tossing it aside as he looks deep into her eyes. "We're here to have a good time to get away from your daily life. I figured I'd start the fun early."

"What happens in Vegas...."

"....stays in Vegas..." He then reaches for his jeans, undoing the button on them. "Hopefully that doesn't apply to our relationship." He then drops his jeans, before grabbing her hand and placing it on top of his crotch. "I thought you would be trying to get this to yourself already. I figured you'd be helping me undress..."

"I have practic-"

"I have time...." He then brings his lips to hers once again. "I've missed you so much, Hails..." She takes a deep breath, trying to keep feelings at bay. She wanted to divulge and enjoy every single moment before her. She knew every part of her wanted to spend this time with him. But she couldn't stop thinking about the words said by Kyle earlier. "Something is on your mind. Alright, let's spend some time on that. What are you thinking about?"

"Kyle sai-"

"Do I have to kick my teammate's ass for you?" He then lets out a sigh as he shuffles away from her, grabbing his firesuit out of the closet. The faster he got changed, the sooner he could go see Kyle before practice started and voice his displeasure. Why couldn't they stay out of his business? "What did he say to you this time? Why does it matter what he said? What could be so important?"

"He asked if we should start planning a wedding. The fact that I've been here every week for a whole month now. He questioned the status of our relationship, in saying we should be boyfriend and girlfriend." Alex glances over at her, an obvious smile forming right away. He would have no problem in calling her his girlfriend. He also knew that he would have no problem in calling her Ms. Hailey Bowman - okay, maybe that was a bit much considering how long they'd been together.

"He does have a point, if you think about it. We can't seem to spend any time away from each other..." He then changes into his firesuit, before walking back over to where she still stood, the same shocked expression on her face as was earlier. "What would you do if I asked you? Would you be my girlfriend, Hailey? I care about you and love so much. I know you care about me a lot. We both enjoy spending time together. We both enjoy talking to each other. We can't get enough of each other. We're making the distance work in spending more time than we envisioned together. I have been actually planning a trip to Chicago for myself to spend time with you there." He then takes her hand with his own, eyes focused on hers. He wanted to keep going with his plea, though the look in her eyes had him concerned. What if it was too much too soon? What if she bolted? "There's no pressure, Hailey. I would be fine if you said no and understanding based on your feelings. It wouldn't change anything about this weekend. It wouldn't change anything about how I feel about you. No matter what, I will care about you...."

"I care about you, too. I love you more than I want to admit sometimes..." She then looks up into his eyes, a smile fixated on her face. "Maybe being your girlfriend isn't a bad thing."
