Engagement Party

I get woken up by my alarm. I sit up then stretch. I get down on my knees and thank God for waking me up and the new day then go to my bathroom and brush my teeth, use the toilet and wash my hands. I get back in my room and make my bed. I sit on my couch and call Bayanda.

-Love?

-Hey. I see you up.

-Yep. I have to get ready for this evening.

-Yeah. Same. I just woke up.

-How did you sleep?

-Good. You?

-I slept great too.

-That's good my love. Let's get ready. I'll see you at two.

-Okay baby. What are you wearing?

-A suit.

-Obviously Sims. I mean colour.

-Ohhh. I'm going for that cream colour.

-Send a picture. We need to match.

-Don't have to, but I'll send the picture.

-So you wear cream, and I come in a green dress?

-Oh come on.

-Send Sims.

-Cool. Bye.

-Bye.

I hang up then smile and shake my head. I go downstairs to the laundry room and find Aunt Khanyi there. "Why are you always here when I come?" I ask then she looks at me. "Good morning to you too Sims." She says then I smile. "Morning future Mrs Dlamini." I say then she looks at me and smiles. "You've been waiting all your life to say that hey." She says then I laugh. "Nah, I mean two years ago, I didn't even know you existed." I say then she shrugs her shoulders and nods her head. "Okay. Anyways, I was just steaming your father's suit." She says then I nod my head. "Yeah and I'm getting mine." I say taking it from the hanger.

"Alright. But you do know we are leaving at two right?" She asks then I look at her. "Oh, I thought we were leaving now for a three o'clock event." I say sarcastically then she looks at me. "I'm sorry." I say with a smile. "Don't forget that I'm gonna be your mother." She says. "Yes ma'am." I say then she rolls her eyes. "Sims can you go." She says then I laugh. "Cool." I say then I get my suit and go back to my room. I put my suit on a hanger in the closet then go to my bathroom and open the water. When it's hot I undress and get inside.

I was done now and getting dressed. I just put on soccer shorts and a tank top and my slides for now. It was still twelve and I don't want my suit to get dirty, so imma get dressed closer to the time when we have to leave. I get out of my room and go downstairs. I go to the theatre and decide to watch a movie in the meantime. I put on Mea Culpa and pause it. I go to the kitchen and get a packet of chips and a bottle of water. I go back to the theatre then play the movie.

I was in my room getting dressed now. It is half past one now. I put on my pants and my white vest and shirt. I button it then tuck it in. I put on my brown Tomford belt and buckle it. I put on the suit vest and button it. I put on black socks and my brown dress shoes and tie them. I put on my suit jacket and button it. I get out of my closet and go to my dresser. I get my Tissot watch from my watch drawer and put it on. I then get my clippers and just touch up my cut. When I'm done I spray my Louis Vuitton cologne on my neck and wrists and inside the jacket. When I'm done I get my phone and wallet and put them in the pockets inside the jacket.
