"Explain yourself, bird brain"

The tall man you had bumped into still held you with his crook as Doflamingo had turned the corner.

"I don't know what you mean, croc" The other man laughed mockingly with his arms crossed against his chest. "Just hand her back to me"

The one that held you captive didn't move and just huffed before turning you completely to him.

"How is she still alive ?"

"Wouldn't you like to know"

As Doflamingo's words rang, you were pulled away by an unknown force and landed in the said man's arms.

"Hm"

The Crocodile God, 'Crocodile'. God of Sand

Books talked about his reserved personality, keeping to himself compared to other Gods. It was also believed he was cursed to never feel an ounce of happiness or luck because of his history with the Duck God.

"What I would like to know is what are you doing here ?" His grip on you tightens which would leave bruise marks on your skin.

"I was curious to see if you had gone to the mortals' world..."

Something seemed off with his words but Doflamingo shrugged at it and turned around.

"Fine, whatever you say. Now if you will excuse me" He looked down at you and you gulped when the tension got thicker. "I need a small talk with this one"

He was about to continue walking until your voice rose up.

"Help me !"

Both men flinched and the Crocodile God stared at your scared face.

"Help me...please..."

"Tch" Doflamingo's smile fell off his face as he grabbed your face. "Didn't I say earlier I wasn't going to hurt you"

"Bird brain, let her go"

"Or what ?" Doflamingo turned around to face him with a smirk.

"Ra has ears and eyes everywhere. Wouldn't want someone to report about your...activities" This time it was Crocodile's turn to smirk and Doflamingo's own to sour.

With a small glance down at you, he dropped you onto the ground with no care, a grunt leaving your lips.

"You're no fun Croc. Don't hurt her too much" He stopped in his tracks and smiled at you two. "Don't let her escape or she will die" And with that, he disappeared, his eerie laugh echoing through the walls.
