your phone soon rang, wiping your tears you picked up

"hello?" you said in a quavered voice

"dally! where are you i'm so worried—"

you hear a warping siren in through the landline

"dally!" you sobbed. "what the fuck are you doing, a-are the police after you?"

"baby please" he sounded he was on the verge of tears. the landline cut, you stared into blank space. you couldn't leave home. you were only allowed to head to school or work. you were forbade to see their faces

you didn't care one bit and ran down. you ignore your parents if they were yelling after you. you quickly went into your car and drove the one place you needed to go

you banged on the door, wanting an answer. you waited impatiently. but soon enough Steve opened the door

the phone soon rang and steve picked it up. he then a couple seconds later handed it to darry

darry stood there, listening through the phone. "it's dally he wants to be at the vacant lot, the cops are after him"

the boys soon ran out in a worried panic, soda took you by the arm and quickly catches up the boys

you cried and cried, knowing dallas could be dead any second

as you six approached the vacant lot, dally was under a street lamp and the police had guard him
