Chapter 3: A Day Off...Kinda

3rd POV

It was the weekend, and that meant that everyone was sleeping in. Except of course the librarian. Is what I WOULD of said, if Y/N wasn't in the damn hospital. Currently he's fast asleep. Why? Well...

Flashback

Y/N was on a mission with some Valkyries, helping them locate Honkai beasts and any civilians that were in the area. Y/N walked along the path, in the middle of a circle of Valkyries, so he was protected. His eyes glowed a bright blue, signifying his ability was active.

Y/N: Four Honkai beasts, directly to our right. Three Honkai beasts to our left, and 5 in front of us.

Valkyrie 1: Got it.

Y/N: Two just appeared behind us!

The Valkyries whirl around, but they don't see anything.

Y/N: I'm kidding. Wait no don't turn around some actually just appeared.

A Ganesha, a knight, a chariot, and a couple Honkai zombies appeared, and they began charging towards the Valkyries. The Valkyries prepared to engage the Honkai.

Valkyrie 2: Librarian, do you not have any weapons?!

Y/N: No? I was never given one.

Valkyrie 3: Couldn't you have asked for one?

Y/N: Well, the last time I touched a weapon, it exploded...so...

Valkyrie 2: How the hell?

Y/N: Focus on the battle at hand. The other Honkai beasts are coming here.

The Valkyries fight a long battle against the Honkai beasts, with Y/N giving warnings and pointers, and eventually come out on top with no casualties, though not without injuries.

Y/N: Well done. You've fought well. Injured, come over here. I've got medical supplies.

Y/N begins giving first aid to the various injured Valkyries, but as he's finishing up bandaging the last Valkyrie, his ability notifies him of one more Honkai beast appearing. He looks to his right, and sees an Alloy Chariot enemy charging towards them, having suddenly appeared from nowhere.

Y/N: What the-MOVE!

Y/N shoves the Valkyrie away, right before the Alloy Chariot slams into him, causing him to get sent, and his body erupts in pain.

Valkyrie 1: in the distance* Crap. Quick, you two take that Alloy Chariot down, we'll go retrieve the Librarian.

Y/N: Ugh...that hit...was so...sexist.

Y/N falls unconscious, due to his body not being used to getting hit by the equivalent of trucks.

Flashback end

So ya. He isn't sleeping. He's unconscious. This happened 2 days ago. Istina and Kosuzu were still there taking care of the library, but they were rather worried for him. They couldn't visit him due to their work needing the both of them to watch the library, due to the sheer size. Kiana, Mei, and Bronya went to visit him, but he was still unconscious. Despite what Kiana would say, she was worried for him, as were the other two. They pondered if he would ever wake up-

Y/N: Ugh...hm...

...Thanks for killing my suspenseful, depressing mood!

Y/N: Fuck...off...

Now that's just straight rude-oh shit someone's coming. Have fun!

Y/N: Who..?

The door opens, and Himeko and Theresa walk in, and notice Y/N's conscious state.
