JUST AN ALLOVER VIEW
Dua and Fakhir got married in when they were 14 and 20 respectively. Soon she left city for further studies. Once she was in last year of college degree Fakhir along with his mother and sister is there in Delhi, to worsen this all she gets to know about him being in Delhi all while but never came in front of her yet.
Then why now?
They aren't biologically cousin but like..... You'll get it once you dive in the book.
