-Y/n POV-
It was a late morning Monday and I had two more days of suspension before I went back to school so I was just doing my usual. Which was chores.
And currently, I was taking out the compost bin there was quite a lot of it since I prepped Ariana's lunch for tomorrow which was a fruit salad which meant a lot of pealing and cutting. I just hope my efforts can make the garden fill with fruits and fill Ariana's tummy with happiness.
From the corner of my eye, I recognize a hot pink Porsche pull-up. I knew it was Ariana but what was she doing here? It was around 10 so she should be in her third period class and yet here she was very much not in class.
Pulling up slowly next to me the window rolled down to reveal you guessed it Ariana dressed nicely if I do say so myself I had such a pretty girlfriend.
"Hey, Y/n can we talk." Ariana asked I could tell there was a hint of hesitation in her voice "Sure what's up." Hearing a beep Ariana got out of her car allowing me to see my short girlfriend better.
She was wearing a buttoned-up shirt and some denim jeans that were rolled up at the ankles "I've been thinking about our first time together and. I want us to start over." Said Ariana her brown eyes staring deep into my soul.
"Start over?" I asked confused "We can pretend that it didn't happen and we can start over. I hate the thought of us having sex and you not enjoying it." I held my arms out and Ariana shuffled her way into my arms "Of course Ari we can." I said while slowly caressing her back "So is that all you wanted to tell me or is there more"
Ariana looked at me offended "What?" I asked confused "You make it sound like I need a reason to want to be with you." I sighed "You don't it's just you skipping school to come see me." I whined, "That's because you're more important to me than school." I gasped.
"The bar is on the floor. Listen I don't like school but right now it should be a priority in your life." Ariana groaned "You're a priority in my life right now not some books and... that's why I refuse to give up on you on us. And I'm sure we'll be able to figure it out." I stared at Ariana confused not knowing what to say
"Uhm okay."
"So please don't give up on yourself." Ariana began to cry and I was thoroughly confused and very much in the loss.
"Uhh okay, do you wanna come inside or?" Ariana rubbed her face into her shirt "Yes I'd like that." Awkwardly me and Ariana waddled into the house since she was refusing to let go of me.
"Uhm Ari as much as I love you clinging to me like a sloth I've got stuff to do like chores." Ariana whined, "Don't be like that Ariana." I pleaded but Ariana only wined louder. "Look after I'm done we can cuddle okay." Ariana stayed silent but simply pulled away. "Thank you."
I turned on some music specifically my Beyoncé playlist and went right back to cleaning up. Ariana sat at the bar on her phone looking pretty depressed as she watched me.
"Ari don't look at me like that," I spoke annoyed I was trying to be strong but there was only so much puppy dog pout I could take before I cracked.
"Like what." She asked sarcastically "like a kicked puppy. I get it you're upset but I got stuff to do okay." Ariana started kicking her legs and hitting her arms on the table like a toddler having a temper tantrum "But why?" Ariana whined out.
