"Ky, does that sound good?" Enzo asked her, all the boy's eyes on her. Kyla was in her own little world. Logan and Kennedy were supportive of Kyla wanting to reach out to her brother, even got in contact to set up a meeting, but Jasper ghosted her. Unfortunately, it was the only thing that consumed her mind.

Kyla shook her head. "I'm sorry, I didn't hear. What are we doing?" She asked. Miguel was the one to catch her up. "Arcade, saturday night."

"That works for me." She smiled before taking a bite of her sandwich. Before anyone could speak, an anti-bullying speech was given to the entire cafeteria. Counselor Blatt called out Eli, making the entire situation worse.

Kyla felt terrible as Eli covered his face to hide his scar. She gently put her hand on top of his, trying to give him some type of comfort. Miguel leaned his head over. "If you're sick of getting bullied, my karate dojo's looking for recruits."

Eli gave him a nod. "You hear that, Eli? Some karate classes and you'll kick some serious a-"

"Demetri, shut up." Enzo told him.

Miguel looked over to the sarcastic boy. "I'm serious. My sensei's the real deal. I'm sure I could get you all discounts." He looked over to Enzo and Kyla, who already told him that their dad and uncle taught them and they weren't really interested in going. But that didn't stop Miguel, any time he talked about karate, he always told the Graham siblings that they were always welcomed.

The sarcasm didn't stop from Demetri. "As enticing as that sounds, I think we'd rather spend our afternoons playing Crucible Control than getting hit in the face."

Kyla rolled her eyes and looked at Eli. "It's a lot more than that. It helps you find balance and you can defend yourself."

"Thank you." Miguel mouthed. Kyla nodded in response.

Friday night came too quickly. Kyla walked into the gym dressed as Dani from Hocus Pocus, just minus the witch hat; Enzo right behind her dressed as a Jedi.

The siblings found Demetri, Eli and Miguel standing in a corner. "Necromancer, Surgeon and Skeleton, nice costumes!" Enzo greeted them with a smile on his face. He loved Halloween.

"What kind of Jedi are you?" Miguel asked.

"My own. I created the entire fit, including the armor. But my inspiration was from the Clone Wars." Enzo did a small spin, showing the guys all the pieces. "That's so sick!" Eli complemented. Kyla's heart broke seeing his costume, Eli wore a mask with his surgeon costume to cover his scar.
