The bright sun sneaking in through the window woke Kyla up from her overdue slumber. Quickly turning over, Kyla grabbed her phone to check the time. 9AM.

As much as she wanted to go back to sleep, she knew there was no use. No matter how hard she tried, she just wouldn't be able to.

Enzo sat at the table silently, which was out of character for the boy, as he ate his scrambled eggs. Even as a child, it was hard to get Enzo to stop talking, but as of the last few days, he didn't say a word. What was there to say? Nothing could be said to bring Miguel out of his coma or find Robby.

Kennedy hated it. Just a month ago, her home was filled with laughter and love; and now, now the life had been sucked out of it. This isn't the life she imagined for herself, this wasn't the life she wanted for her kids. Now that they weren't in karate anymore, she was still afraid that they wouldn't be able to go back to a somewhat normal life.

"Hey, honey!" Kennedy smiled at her daughter as she took a seat at the table.

"Good morning." She muttered as she began to put eggs and bacon onto her plate.

Logan watched as nobody said another word and continued to eat in silence. A part of him felt like it was his fault, but the other part was all Cobra Kai. They ruin everything, just like they did when he was in high school. The two adults met each others eyes, Kennedy gave him a slight nod, telling Logan to try and start a conversation.

"How are you guys today?"

Enzo shrugged his shoulders, just hearing everyone talking was making him mad. He didn't want to talk and didn't want to be around talkers.

"Fine." Kyla answered without looking up from her plates.

After taking a sip of her coffee, it was Kennedy's turn. "Do you guys have any plans for today?"

"Nope." Kyla answered. That was lie, she planned on visiting Miguel and look for Robby. But they didn't need to know that, she just wanted to slip out unnoticed.

Once again, Enzo shrugged his shoulders.  He could feel his ears become hot, a normal sign when his anger was about to get out of control.

Logan nodded his head, before taking a bite of his breakfast. "I heard that Sam was going back to school today."

Unfortunately, Sam was suspended for fighting. However, the Graham siblings were not; just like they thought, the cameras only showed that they defended themselves from their opponents.

But Logan and Kennedy decided to let them take their time going back to school, not forcing them into doing something that they couldn't.
