As Hannah led Paul to the stairs, she explained about the room issue.

"Basically, there are five rooms on the first floor and two on the second. Jo, Tina and Rachel decided they wanted the three at one end of the corridor, and Bradley and Jon decided they didn't want to walk up another flight of stairs." Hannah explained as they reached the first landing. "So, Brad and Jon are down there, and the others are down there. Then they decided that seeing as we've shared a flat before, we'd be used to sharing a bathroom so they didn't feel bad about shoving us upstairs to the last two rooms."

"Right," Paul nodded. "Sooo, how do we get to our rooms then, because I can't see anymore stairs."

"They're hidden, behind this door." Hannah grinned, reaching behind Paul to open the access door.

Paul followed Hannah up the stairs until they reached a second landing. From the landing, there were just two doors, one to the left and one to the right. Hannah opened the door on the left and stepped through into the room.

"So, you're in here." She grinned, stepping out of the way to let Paul in.

The room was huge, with Velux windows on both sides and a double bed up against the gable end of the roof. Paul walked over to the bed, dumping his bags.

"This is amazing! Tell me again why nobody wanted to be up here?!"

"They're all massive lazy arses." Hannah grinned. "They didn't even come up and look, just took one look at the stairs, said they looked creepy, and decided they'd rather stay down there. I haven't told them how cool it is up here, don't want my room to become the 'go-to room'. Anyway, you haven't seen the best bit yet."

Hannah walked towards the wall opposite the bed and opened the door.

"Bathroom is in here. The door on the opposite wall goes into my room, so just remember to leave out of the right door!" Hannah warned, moving out the way so Paul could pop his head round. "Plus, there is this over here."

Hannah moved away from the bathroom to the back end of the wall.

"These may look like wardrobes, but if you pull this handle here and push like this then, voila."

Paul watched as Hannah began to concertina the 'wardrobe' doors, revealing a comfy looking settee, coffee table, television and a small fridge with a kettle sat on top.

"No way!" Paul gushed, jumping onto the sofa. "This is amazing!"

"Yup, so amazing that I'm definitely not telling the others about it."

"No, I think we can keep this a secret. I don't think anyone else needs to know about this."

"Those were exactly my thoughts." Hannah smirked. "Aaaand, if you do the same on the other side then... Ta da! That's my room!"

Having finished showing Paul the room, and having retrieved her underwear from him, the pair headed back downstairs, giggling to themselves. They arrived back in the living room to find everyone bickering over what they were going to entertain themselves with.
