After arriving back at the house, Hannah and Paul headed straight back to the rehearsal room. Rachel and Jo were already there, and the others began to arrive in dribs and drabs, ready to start working on the vocals again.
Once their vocal coach was satisfied that they'd made some progress, they were allowed to leave for lunch, before heading straight into the dance studio. They'd been starting to work with the backing dancers, and they were waiting for them in the studio.
"Okay guys!" Priscilla said loudly, clapping her hands to get everyone's attention. "We've got the dancers in today, so we need to get working on the group routines again. Let's take another look at You're My Number One. Everyone into your pairs!"
Hannah and Paul looked sideways at each other. This routine had been a bit awkward before the others had known about them. At least now they wouldn't have to worry so much about whether the others noticed anything. Sure, Priscilla and the dancers didn't know about them, but they figured the rest of the band would help cover for them if anyone suspected anything.
As they got into position, Paul could see Jo and Bradley sniggering at them and did his best to ignore them, just focusing on the face of the blonde in front of him. The music started and everyone started getting into it.
After running through it a couple of times, Priscilla separated them into their pairs to work with them individually whilst the others took a breather. Eventually she got to Hannah and Paul.
Now that they were more comfortable with their relationship, everything came much easier. Apart from a few tiny little errors, like stepping forward on the wrong foot, they managed to get through the routine without too much trouble. Even the lift went seamlessly. Now they weren't being hampered by their anxiety of the others finding out the true nature of their relationship, they could enjoy themselves much more. And it obviously showed.
They ran through the routine a second time and were greeted by applause from Priscilla once they'd finished.
"Yes, guys! You're getting much better at this!" Priscilla beamed. "You can go relax now. Bradley, Jo, you're up."
Hannah and Paul headed over to where everyone else was resting, grabbing drinks before taking a spot on the window seat either side of Jon. Eventually, every pair had been through the routine at least twice and Priscilla turned to address the whole group.
"I'm really pleased with you guys, you've really improved." Priscilla beamed. "Paul, Hannah, I'm really impressed with your progress! You're actually working together now!"
"The shagging probably helps." Jon muttered under his breath, just loud enough for the couple in question to hear. Paul swiftly elbowed him in the stomach as Jon struggled to hold back a laugh. Trying to look nonchalant, Hannah took a drink from her water bottle.
"Paul was always well into it." Jo grinned, interrupting Priscilla. "He must just be rubbing off on Hannah."
At that, Hannah's water went down the wrong way and she descended into a coughing fit. As Rachel, sat the other side of her, started patting her on the back, Priscilla finished her speech and let them go. Thankfully, Hannah managed to clear her throat and headed out of the room with the others, glaring at Jo as they went.
"I think I'm gonna head to the shower." Paul announced as they filtered out in to the hall, giving Hannah a meaningful look.
"But you're always ages in the shower!" Hannah groaned. "Just send me a text when you're done."
With that, Paul headed up the stairs whilst Hannah went to the kitchen with Bradley, Jon and Tina to get a snack. They sat discussing what they were going to get up to that evening until Hannah's phone rang.
