Kuro reached his home and attempted to open the door, but found it locked from the inside. He knocked, but no one answered. Then he removed the spare key from his pocket and unlocked the door. Upon entering, Kuro noticed that there was no one at home. As Kuro was about to head to his room.
While walking to his room, he felt an eerie sensation, an unsettling feeling creeping over him. As Kuro approached his room, he abruptly halted. Something caught his attention from the adjacent room—a strange red hue emanating from beneath the closed door. Unable to discern its origin, he hesitated, his curiosity piqued. He moved closer to the door, extending his trembling hand to open it. His hands shook uncontrollably, and he couldn't help but wonder why. It felt as though he already knew what lay behind.
Finally, he opened the door. What he saw was inexplicable; he entered a state of shock so profound that even his tears seemed to forget their duty to fall. His mother lay motionless on the ground. the red substance that had emanated from the room revealed as nothing but her blood. There were numerous marks on her body, as if someone had scratched her all over. Her clothes were torn halfway, and her nose was bleeding, with bruises covering her face as though she had been repeatedly beaten.
After witnessing the gruesome scene, Kuro felt a wave of utter shock overwhelm him. His emotions froze within him, rendering him completely numb. As the scene unfolded before his eyes, he collapsed to the ground, unconscious.
Kuro, "I hurt all over, especially my head." he can't speak that properly.
He found himself lying on the ground, middle of the forest. As he slowly opened his eyes, the first thing he saw was a group of strange, walking rocks surrounding him. It was hard to tell if they were rocks or animals. Each had a shiny brown stone pearl floating above their heads, and they themselves floated above the ground. They were tiny, like bunnies, with no mouths but shiny eyes. Some had herbs growing on them, each unique. They circled around Kuro, looking at him curiously. When they noticed Kuro regaining consciousness, they darted away with lightning speed.
"Ouch! My head! What just happened? Where am I? What was that, a dream? Why can't I remember anything?"
At Lotus-Core (place)~"Master, he has regained consciousness and is now safe with us. Do you believe this is the moment?" spoke Anonymous in a serious tone.
"Yes, I trust you're capable of managing this. Proceed as we planned," replied the Master gently and calmly.
"Alright then, I'm off," said Anonymous, nodding his farewell before departing immediately.
The Master murmured to himself, "Time holds mysteries beyond our grasp."
Forest~
Kuro's headache throbbed with each step, making it feel like a hammer was pounding inside his skull. Despite the pain, he pressed on, determined to find his way home. Lost in the dense forest, he couldn't recall how he ended up there or what had transpired.
