For Callum

When his eyes are Green, sparkling like jade and dazzling like emeralds, I am taken to spring. I hear the birds chirping, smell the flowers blooming and feel the soft showers glazing my skin. When his eyes are green, I am held in a Sacramento gaze, full of tenderness and joy, the twinkle reflected in my own, like a star caught in his eye.

When his eyes are blue, shining like the night sky and powerful like the sea, I am taken to the summer, hot rays against my body, the air crisp and breathable, the weight lifted off my shoulders. When his eyes are blue, like Egyptian jewels and wedding ring diamonds, I am wrapped in a gaze of power and devotion, fierce and yet gentle when he looks upon me.

When his eyes are hazel, like caramel and chocolate, I am taken to autumn the atmosphere soft and quiet, the feeling cold and yet strangely warm deep inside. When his eyes are hazel, I am locked into a stare that is romantic and tender, one that holds my lips against his and fills my soul with warmth.

When his eyes are grey like silver and sparkling like stars, I am taken to winter. The world outside cold but his arms holding me tightly to keep the cold away. When his eyes are grey I am held in a passionate and desire full gaze, one that strips me of all walls and embraces every vulnerability, his eyes cast over me like a work of art.

When his eyes are on me, I am seen. I am loved and I am not afraid. I enjoy his stare as much as his smile and his touch. When he parts from a kiss and looks into my own eyes, I wonder what he sees, what he feels. For all I feel is love and affection.
