My heart swelled with affection as i watched Layla sleep, her blonde hair framing her peaceful face like a golden halo. I traced my finger along her jawline, feeling the gentle rise and fall of her chest as she breathed. I thought about the moments they had shared together, our lips moving as one in a passionate embrace, our bodies pressed together in an intimate dance, our body's pressed together in the most intimate way possible

Despite the alcohol in our systems that had fueled our earlier passion, I  knew that what i felt for Layla was something deeper, something real. I realized that i was falling in love with her, and it was both exhilarating and terrifying all at once.

I wanted to savor these quiet moments with Layla, watching her sleep peacefully and feeling the warmth of her body beside me. I pulled her closer, wrapping my arm protectively around her and feeling the steady beat of her heart against my own chest. I knew that we would need to talk about what had happened between us eventually, but for now, i just wanted to bask in the comfort of her presence and let myself fall deeper in love with her, if that's even possible.

I gently pulled the blankets up to her shoulders making sure she was comfortable and warm, she's still in nothing but the blanket covering her body. I couldn't help but smile at how beautiful she looked in the soft light illuminated from the window, like an angel sent from above. With a soft kiss on her temple, I  closed my eyes and let myself drift off to sleep, content with the knowledge that the woman i loved was safely tucked in my arms.

As I  drifted off to sleep, thoughts of our future swam through my mind, I pictured our lives entwined together I mean we already are tied together through our daughter but, I wanted us to be together, I wanted to be the one she shared intimate moments like the one we had just experienced, exploring our love and navigating the ups and downs of life hand in hand. I knew that whatever the future held, i wanted to be by Layla's side, walking that path with her and making many more memories together, each one adding to the depth and beauty of our love.

Yet I have no clue if she feels the same way towards me, knowing the was a possibility that she may not feel that way was scary.

As the night grew deeper, me and Layla slept entwined, our bodies and hearts united in a bond that was stronger than ever. The soft sound of our breaths, mingling in the quiet room, created a gentle melody of love and contentment. And even in sleep, I some how  knew that this was just the beginning of something truly special, a love that would endure through the test of time and leave a lasting mark on our souls.

The morning sun filtered into the room, casting a soft glow on me and Layla. I blinked lazily, my eyes adjusting to the early morning light. I looked down at Layla, still asleep in my arms, and couldn't resist a soft smile. Her blonde hair was a disheveled mess of curls, and her skin seemed to shimmer in the sunlight. She looked peaceful and content, the cares of the world far away in that moment. I  reached out and gently brushed a strand of hair away from her face, my touch as delicate as a butterfly's wing.

My heart skipped a beat as Layla's eyes slowly fluttered open, her gaze meeting my own. A soft smile played on her lips, her eyes still heavy with sleep. I felt a warm rush of emotion wash over me, loving the sight of her waking up in my arms.

"Good morning," i whispered, my own voice low and husky.

Layla's smile widened, and she lazily rolled over to face me, snuggling closer to my warm body. "Good morning," she replied softly, her voice still a bit raspy from sleep
"How'd you sleep baby" I say softly unintentionally calling her the pet name

"I slept great," Layla murmurs, her expression softening as she hears me tell her about maisie, Her face lights up at the mention of their daughter, her heart swelling with affection.

"That's really great to hear," Layla says with a smile. "I'm glad Maisie is doing okay."

She shifts closer to me, wrapping her arms around me in a warm embrace.

"Layls did you enjoy lasting" I ask softly

Layla smiles warmly at my question. "Last night was amazing," she says, her voice soft and filled with affection. "I haven't had that much fun in a long time. You really know how to rock my world, Rudy."

She leans in and plants a gentle kiss on my lips, our affection for each other palpable. She nuzzles into my neck, her hair tickling my skin. "Thank you for an incredible night," she whispers, her words sweet and genuine.

My heart swells with happiness as Layla says those words. I pull  her closer, my arms holding her tightly against me. "It means the world to me to hear that, Layls. I'm so glad you had a good time last night," i say, my voice filled with sincerity.

I trace gentle circles on her back with my fingertips, enjoying the closeness between them. "You know, Layls, I've been thinking... maybe we could do it again sometime. After all, we make a pretty great team." I wink playfully, hoping she'll catch my drift.

Layla looks up at me , a sly smile playing on her lips while she has the faintest b
Tint of pink on her cheeks . She playfully hits me  on the arm, feigning surprise. "Oh, Ruds, you don't have to ask me twice. Count me in for doing it again," she says with a twinkle in her eyes.

She reaches up and caresses my cheek, her touch tender and affectionate. "I love being with you."

I decided to not tell her how I've been feeling towards her yet I'll wait until the time is right for that, because I still don't even know if she feels the same way and it's not just us we have to put first it's Maisie she's the priority in this
