It's been a few weeks since I first saw Rudy for the first time since Ibiza on the beach he's grown a bigger bond with Maisie its amazing to watch they're bond blossom into something amazing they really are the most precious daddy and daughter duo I mean all the group sees it when Rudy is busy and Maisie wants him he'll drop everything and anything for her which I absolutely love sometimes I'm the bad guy when she's being naughty Rudy never wants to tell her off for anything so I'm left to be the disciplinary parent although I can say that Rudy's took on the parent role perfectly he's amazing at it

I'm currently sat in my lounge watching Maisie play with her toys rudys not here yet he said he had something at work to do so he's doing that the group are all busy too so it's just me and Maisie I'm scrolling through my instagram when my phone lights up and Rudy's name flashes across my screen

L: Hey are you okay?

R: hey yeah I am I just wanted to ask you if you'll be ready in 20 minutes?

L: sure why though?

R: well I've got you an audition for obx so the cast and me will look after Maisie as they're here with me .

L: ruds you didn't have to do that I can't do that I wouldn't be able to
do it I'm working multiple jobs and looking after Maisie so
I'd never be able to do it

R: yes you can do it you'll have me , the others and
nova will no doubt help out

L: okay I'll do it I probably won't get the job tho

R: you need to have more faith in your self Layls I'll be there soon to get you and mais

L: okay see ya soon thank you for this ru you never had to do this Bye

R: your so welcome think of this as me repaying you for
giving up your teenage years to raise our child

I end the call and pull myself up from the couch gosh I'm so damn nervous I've never had an actual audition I've only ever done a bit of acting In high school so nervous is a completely understatement
Mais baby let's put your shoes on and jacket on to go see Daddy and our friends yeah I say it's 3:30 pm now so I need to be there by 3:50
Yeah okay mommy me excited to see daddy and friends she says happily as she skips over to where I'm standing with her shoes and jacket I help her get ready and then I get ready I quickly put the bits she needs in her diaper bag then I pick her up just as Rudy beeps to let us know he's out side I grab her stroller in my other hand I lock the front door and shove my phone and keys in my pocket I hold Maisie on my hip her diaper bag is on my shoulder and I'm holding her folded up stoller in one hand

I walk out the front entrance to my apartment building I see Rudy standing outside his car look absolutely amazing he's still so handsome god this man still does things to me even now
He sees me very quickly and runs to us he takes Maisie stoller out of my hands

You should have called me up to help you he says as he kisses Maisie's forehead she giggles

Hey princess he says smiling at her
You've done enough I say
Hell no I haven't you've carried my child at 17 worked multiple jobs while pregnant, gave birth to her , raised her and you work even more jobs I have not done enough Rudy says putting Maisie stroller in the trunk of his car then he opens the back door for me to put Maisie in until I realise that I forgot her car seat
Hey Ruds I forgot her car seat if you want I'll run and grab it I say about to turn around
