Chp 13: Radio Killed the Video Star (Part 1)

It opens with an exterior shot of the Hazbin Hotel before cutting to inside with Charlie pacing back and forth in panic mode. Keekee was in the shot, walking alongside her owner.

"Okay. So the extermination is coming in six months instead of a year. No big deal. Just a little setback. Nothing we can't handle. Just angels cutting our timetable in half. But who needs a whole year to save souls? Am I right?!" Charlie starts to panic. "And next time when they cut the time in half again, and again, we'll just handle it, right?!"

Vaggie grabs Charlie, calming her down.

"Yes. We will." Vaggie reassuringly tells her.

"Oh, please, ya had less then half a chance when you started all this salvation bullshit. And now..." Angel Dust says to Charlie until a phone vibrates with violent threating messages such as 'fucking bitch'. "Ain't no silver lining this time toots." Angel Dust tells her.

"Sure there is! We just...have to look a little harder for it!" Charlie says.

"Well, while you're lookin', the rest'a hell's goin' nuts." Angel Dust exclaims. He waves his phone in their faces. People are already freakin' out about the news. Look at what's happenin' in the Doomsday District." Angel Dust scrolls down an article with the bottom showing a demon screaming in front of a fire.

Bella who is in the background comes over and looks at Angel Dust phone screen.

Suddenly a pink message appears. Charlie gets closer to read it.

"Err, what is a...Donkey Show?" Charlie asks.

Angel Dust panics and retreats the phone back.

"Aah, heh, nothin'! My boss, Val, is just freaked out about the news too. Like I said, everyone's losin' their shit." Angel Dust says sheepishly with Bella looking at him with concern.

"Yeah, that's true. Sinners are desperate. Maybe desperate enough to try anything to escape the extermination?" Vaggie says.

Charlie Gasps. "This is the perfect time to recruit more sinners for the hotel!"

"Cute idea and all, but you really gonna go out in all of this?" Angel Dust questions while he waves the phone with the place still on fire and demons in panic.

"Well, it's not like people are just gonna show up on our doorstep" Charlie says.

Suddenly, a massive explosion made Charlie scream in fright from behind, getting their attention. Bella looks over at the door curiously but also cautiously.

They turn to see a freshly made hole in the wall, then cuts to outside to see Sir Pentious zeppelin armed for battle. The scene cuts inside to see him and his Egg Boys scattering around.

"Show yourself Alasssstor. Come and face" Sir Pentious pauses for a moment when he notices Alastor absent from the freshly made hole. He then looks to see him sipping coffee on the balcony of the second floor.

"Oh there you are - Face my wrath!" Sir Pentious states.

"Who are you?" Alastor asks.

"Who am I? Who am 1?! I am the great Ssssssir Pentiousssss!" Sir Pentious says dramatically.

Alastor dissolves into fog as he descends to the ground, materializing aside Bella, Angel Dust, Vaggie, and Charlie who are in the scene watching Sir Pentious's zeppelin.

"Inventor, architect of dessstruction, villain extraordinaire!" Sir Pentious states.

"Ooh you tell 'em boss." One of the Egg Boys says.

Niffty appears on Alastor's right shoulder,
clearly starstruck. With Bella yelping from Niffty surprising presence.

"000000h, he's a bad boy-~" Niffty says mischievously.

Alastor scoops Niffty up and drops her to the ground.

"Ha, well if all that's true, you'd think l'd have heard of you." Alastor states matter of factly.

"I attacked you literally last week." Sir Pentious says in disbelief.

Alastor cocks his head with his smile widening a bit, with his eyes narrowing slightly. Bella catches this and looks at Alastor in wonder. She soon snapped out of it once Sir Pentious speaks up.

"We've done battle, like.... 20 times." Sir Pentious informs Alastor.

"Well, you must have been really bad at this." Alastor tells him.

Making Bella chuckle a bit at the comment.

"Silence! Now cower! For when I've ssslain you, the almighty Vees will finally acknowledge me as their equal." Sir Pentious tells Alastor.

Niffty reappears on Alastor's shoulder.

"Ooh! Wait, who are the Vees?" Niffty asks. Surprising Bella again.

"Oh, nobody important." Alastor bluntly tells her.

Bella looks over at Alastor, she couldn't help but notice a slight change when he commented on this group called, "Vees'".
