Chp 44: Hello Rosie (Part 2)

The scene cuts to Vaggie, Bella, Angel Dust, Sir Pentious and Husk now in the hotel lobby as they observe the flash happen.

Vaggie and Bella begins to head to Vaggie and Charlie's room.

"No. No!" Vaggie says as Bella heart thumps loudly.

Vaggie strains and slams the bedroom door open with her spear in hand. Bella has her angelic form on her.

"Right on cue!" Alastor says.

"What did you do? Let her go!" Vaggie tells him.

Alastor and Charlie finish their handshake.

"Vaggie, Stop!" Charlie says.

"What?" Vaggie questions as she drops her spear.

"No, Charlie, please tell me you didn't-" Vaggie tried saying as Bella looks over at Charlie in shock.

"I made a deal with Alastor." Charlie announces.

Vaggie pleads saying, "Charlie."

"Oh, calm down. She still owns her soul." Alastor says as Bella glares at him slightly.

"He gave me info that can save the hotel, but we're going to need help. The angels can be defeated, and Carmilla is the key." Charlie says to Vaggie.

"What? Carmilla Carmine?" Vaggie asks, slightly shocked.

"She killed an exorcist in the last extermination. She knows how they can be harmed." Charlie says to Vaggie as Bella goes over to Alastor with a pissed off face.

"But... I-- I didn't even know that was possible." Vaggie says.

"If you did, would you have told me?"Charlie asks.

"Charlie, I--" Vaggie tried saying something but gets cut off.

Meanwhile with Bella and Alastor,

"Alastor..." Bella growls out as Alastor turns to her with his classical smile.

"Yes My dear?" Alastor asks.

"You know better than to do that! How could you make a deal knowing that there's something far more sinister you want Charlie to do." Bella tells him with anger.

Alastor chuckles and than cockily says, "Says the one that not only kept your identity of being a Angel secret, but also kept a secret of you being a spy at her own establishment. Now who's the one at fault here?"

Bella too stunned to talk or defend herself just sighs and looks down sadly. Alastor for a second felt guilty for saying that, knowing that she is beating herself up about that, but brushes off once he realizes that he shouldn't show such emotions.

Back to Charlie and Vaggie.

"I need you and Bella to go to her, convince her to teach us. If she can, we might have a chance." Charlie tells Vaggie.

"With just the eight of us?" Vaggie questions.

"No, we're-- ugh, we're going to need numbers too." Charlie says in slight frustration.

Alastor renters the conversation.

"And I know just who can help. As long as Charlie can be her normal, charming self." Alastor says as Bella approaches the two.

"What's that you said about smiles?" Charlie questions.

Alastor while patting Charlie's head says, "Good girl."

Vaggie whispering says, "Charlie, can we talk about this-"

"We can talk later. Right now, we have a job to do. You with us?" Charlie asks as Bella looks over at Vaggie in worry.

Vaggie sighs out a, "Ugh."

Vaggie than turns to Bella and explains that her and Bella have to go to Carmilla in order for the hotel to have a chance at defeating Adam army. Bella sighs and nods to that. Vaggie catches Bella feeling a bit down more than usual.

"Everything alright Bella?" Vaggie asks worriedly.

"I'm fine, I just feel worse for what I did, heck! Alastor hasn't even done anything that was as bad as I did to Charlie." Bella say as she thinks back to what Alastor told her previously.

"Don't beat yourself up about it, we all make mistakes but as long as you feel that you want to repent for it than that's all that matters." Vaggie tells Bella as he pays her shoulder reassuringly as Bella gives her a small smile.

"Thank you Vaggie."

"Don't mention it."
