Chp 52: The Show Must Go On (Part 2)

Inside the hotel, the gang are sharing drinks, talking and laughing with one another.

Bella runs over to the hotel, Bella was practicing for the battle that is to come and lost track of time.

Bella makes it to the hotel and everyone greets her and some asking where she was to which she answered wear and apologized to Charlie who understood and forgiven her for being late.

"I mean, personally, I'm excited. It's been a while since I stabbed anyone and really meant it, you know what | mean?" Vaggie says.

"Cheers, bitches!" Cherri Bomb says cheerfully.

"Yeah!" Husk states as he gives Bella her drink that she ordered which was a strawberry smoothie. Bella raises her glass and Angel Dust says, "Here's to us!" He clanks his glass with Bella's as she chuckles at Angel Dust enthusiasm.

"Here's to being alive today and not dying tomorrow!" Sir Pentious says.

Alastor and Niffty watch the rest of the group drinking from the mezzanine

"Ah, the celebratory night before a courageous last stand. It's been a surprising thrill to witness these wayward souls find connection. Almost makes one sentimental, eh, Niffty?" Alastor says to Niffty.

"I really like them, Alastor. They let me put on roach puppet shows without booing!" Niffty says happily.

"Ah, an enjoyable collective to be around. I admit one could get accustomed." Alastor says.

Bella sips as she looks up to see Niffty with Alastor. She looks at Alastor as she stares at him fondly with a small dorky smile plastered on her face.

With Alastor and Niffty,

Niffty hops on top of Alastor's head and places a crown made of roaches and sticks on his head.

"I dub thee, King Roach." Niffty announces.

"Oh, to understand your twisted little mind!" Alastor says.

Alastor and Niffty begin laughing maniacally together, signalling that they possibly do understand each other's twisted little minds.

While that's happening, Bella decides to go up there to have a chat with Alastor.

Meanwhile, Angel Dust is sitting by the parlor as Husk pours him a drink. He waved a farewell to Bella as she takes her leave to go Alastor. After she gone, Husk ask Angel Dust this.

"Last day of afterlife, and you're not off snorting a line off some hunk's abs?"

"Eh, you fucked one cannibal pool boy, you fucked 'em all." Angel Dust states.

"I guess you have changed." Husk says, pleased that he is seeing the true Angel Dust.

"Hey, Charlie said live tonight however we wanted... so pour me a fresh one, and let's get to living!" Angel Dust tells Husk.

As Husk pours Angel Dust another drink, Sir Pentious tentatively approaches Cherri Bomb, who is talking to Vaggie.

"Miss Bomb? Cherri?" Sir Pentious calls to Cherri Bomb.

"Yeah?" Cherri Bomb says, waiting for Sir Pentious to say something next.

"I want to tell you that I..I love...l'd love to wish you good luck in the battle ahead." Sir Pentious tells Cherri Bomb as he shakes Cherri Bombs hand.

"Okay." Cherri Bomb says.

"You are....have always been a worthy opponent. With the most...brilliant explosive contraptions I've ever seen." Sir Pentious tells her.
