Chp 39: Welcome to Heaven (Part 1)

The scene begins with Vaggie and Charlie in their room. Charlie is packing clothes into a suitcase while Vaggie sits on the bed, looking troubled because Charlie is overpacking a lot of things to the point she has a closet-sized suitcase, a guitar case, two extra large suitcase luggage, and a small handbag.

"Ok, I have my warm weather clothes and my cold weather clothes. I have a light jacket, flak jacket and rain jacket- wait, does it rain in Heaven?" Charlie says.

"Charlie, you're only going to heaven for a few hours." Vaggie says to her.

Charlie stands up and paces a bit. "Vaggie, we are only going to heaven for a day. And I just want to be prepared! It's our last chance to convince heaven a soul can be redeemed."

"Yeah, I wish I could come, sweetie, but I have that...thing." Vaggie states.

"What thing?" Charlie asks in confusion.

"The thing with the. thing uhm.. fuck, gah, I'm such a bad liar." Vaggie sighs in defeat as she knew the lie wouldn't have worked.

Charlie takes Vaggie's hand.

"Vaggie, you're my partner, I need you there with me." Charlie says.

Vaggie sighs and says, "Fine."

"Yes!!" Charlie says happily.

Charlie hugs and kisses Vaggie's cheek.

While that is happening,

Bella is packing up herself, but not like Charlie, she's only packing the essential stuff when visiting some place for a good few hours.

Bella was in her thoughts until a knock on the door broke her out of it.

"Come in!" Bella says as a demon opens the door.

The demon appeared to be Alastor.

"Oh, hey Alastor!" Bella greets him with a skip to her step.

"Greetings My Dear." Alastor greets.

"What's up?" Bella asks with a title to her head.

Alastor blushes a bit at that sudden movement Bella did, he quickly brushed off his sudden reaction and answers her question.

"I simply wanted to wish you the best in Heaven, there biased when it comes to demons and sinners." Alastor tells Bella as she nods at that, pretending that she didn't know that.

"Good to know..." Bella awkwardly says, she than begins to think about maybe telling Alastor, but decided against since Charlie should be the first to know instead of Alastor.

"Mmmm, I also wanted to tell you something else as well." Alastor says as Bella gets intrigued by that.

"What is the 'something else'?" Bella teases as she does air quotes, she waits for his response.

"I wanted to say that, I'm sorry for scaring you away he other day about the whole...you know." Alastor says as his smile faulted a bit.

Bella is taken aback by Alastor sudden apology. She knows Alastor for a good bit now and knows that it is rare of Alastor to apologize genuinely.

"It's okay if you don't, I just simply wanted to atleast-"

"I forgive you." Bella says, Alastor kinda looks shocked.

"Really?" Alastor questions.

"Yeah really, I can't be mad at you for that, I was in the wrong for snooping, I should be the one apologizing, not you." Bella tells him.

"But I shouldn't have threaten to kill you." Alastor says with solemn in his voice.

"I can't blame you though for doing so." Bella says as Alastor shakes his head at that.
