Chp 57: The Show Must Go On (Part 7)

On the hotel's roof, Adam knocks Charlie and Bella to the ground. Before picking them up by the throats.

Charlie's tail and horns receded.

"Let...me...go!" Charlie says.

"Get...off...me!!" Bella says angrily.

"This fight was cute n'all, but it's" Adam says as his mask glitches for a moment. "time to die with the rest of them!"

Vaggie flies to the roof to help Charlie and Bella, but Lute flies after her and pins her to the floor.

"Charlie! Bella!" Vaggie calls out in panic.

Suddenly, a fist appears and punches Adam so hard that it damages his mask as he goes flying into the hotel's sign, before falling through the roof.

A man catches Charlie as Bella flys up looking for Charlie until she saw that Charlie was caught by someone. It's then revealed to be Lucifer with his wings out and sporting a different coat, this one with red and golden epaulets.

"Dad?" Charlie questions in shock.

"Sorry I wasn't here sooner, sweetie." Lucifer says calmly, as he sees Bella with a shock look as he saw that Bella has four wings.

"It seems you got more wings." Lucifer says as Bella nods with a slight chuckle and a tint of blush on her face.

She then looks at him directly and says, "Everyone knows. I'm a fallen Angel now though since the last time we spoke." Bella informs Lucifer as he nods with a look of sympathy.

Charlie looks between the two. "Wait...Dad you knew she was an Angel....this whole time?!" Charlie exclaims as she looks at him with complete disbelief.

Bella and Lucifer look at Charlie and then to each other and start chuckling for a moment.

"Sorry about that Sweetie! I wasn't sure how you would feel if you knew Bella was an Angel." Lucifer tells her as Charlie puffs out her cheeks with a pout on her face.

She rolls her eyes and says, "Whatever..."

Charlie hears Bella small chuckles. She turns to her and gives Bella a small crack smile, already done being a little angry at her Dad. Bella stops laughing and gives Charlie a small crack smile of her own.

All three recollect themselves as Bella fly's a little off the ground while Lucifer lands and puts Charlie down.

Adam climbs back onto the roof. Half of his mask having already broken off.

"Okay, seriously! How many of you freaks do I have to fight?!" Adam questions angrily.

Lucifer walks up to Adam, rolling up his sleeves to fight.

"Oh, I'm the only one that matters. See, you messed with my daughter, and now, I am going to F*** you!" Lucifer states as Adam stares at Lucifer, perplexed. Lute and Vaggie stop their fight to stare in confusion at Lucifer.

Angel Dust cocks an eyebrow, smiling as Husk gives him a deadpanned look and the other Exorcists also stare in confusion.

The Vees stare at the screen from V Tower, Vox looking perplexed, Velvette wearing a smile, and Valentino saying, "Well, this just got interesting."

Bella cringes at this as she turns away from Lucifer with her face completely red out of embarrassment.

Charlie, slightly embarrassed, corrects her dad.

Charlie whispering says, "It's f*** you up, Dad"

"Wait, what did I say?" Lucifer asks in confusion.
