41. Confession despite hate?...

To simple things out, a lot of things happened last week. First of all, luckily Mingyu agreed on having a chance to date Wonwoo even though the older didn't confess and Mingyu doesn't have a clue about my friend's feelings, or if he hasn't noticed yet. As I heard he somehow felt affection towards Wonwoo but doesn't know if that's out of admiration or just normal thing in their friendship, so he wants clear things out by dating each other. It's an amazing opportunity for him, I swear if he rejected I was going to break my promise with him.

Anyway, what's more important is that Jeonghan isn't answering my messages, calls or even bothering himself to talk with me. Yes, he's ignoring me. Since the last text he sent. What in the world did I do to make things turn out like this! I'm thankful he helped me with my parents but.. Okay I konw he's frustrated because Miyeong heard our conversation but I can swear she would never expose anything. Do things apply to what happened there or does he hate me for taking advantage of him. Things are complicated with me not having a fuck about any reason and him avoiding every thing related to me.

To add it up, that university girl has been coming consistently to our school, it sure has something to do with him because she often comes when we don't have lessons or at lunch. This time I followed her and Jeonghan up to the school roof. When she came today, she put a card on the table he's sitting on in the cafeteria and walked away without telling a word. Must be something Jeonghan knows about. Why is he even giving her a face despite the things she did to him.

I waited till they walked far away from me then followed sneakily. On their way, the girl tried the whole way to hold onto Jeonghan's arm but he pushes or backs away from her.

The two didn't get out to the roof but stopped at the top of the last stairs. I stayed down behind the stairs railings and watched them silently. The girl was giving me her back as Jeonghan was facing her, I was cautious so he doesn't catch me.

"What's now?" Jeonghan crossed his arms leaning to wall without changing his pale expression since they met.

I just felt she's weird, her actions are awkward compared to the times she used to come before. But in a way, I don't feel comfortable with that.

The girl hesitated before turning up her face to look at him, she's not wearing heels this time and is the same height as Jeonghan. She quickly lifted her slender hand and touched the boy's hair "You know I'm sorry-" As soon as she touched him he pulled her away slowly by the wrist "Don't touch me"

She threw the string in her hand "I've apologized many times why can't you accept it? Why don't you forgive me?"

Jeonghan sighed audibly with closed eyes and stood straight again "Hannah, don't you understand? Things would never be good between us so stop convincing me with fake sentences"

"Why! Tell me!"

"Don't act like you don't know, I don't want to waste my time bringing back the past"

Hannah tapped the guy's hoodie as if there's something on it and pleaded in guilt "I'm really sorry, I don't know how to apologize properly. But please! Listen to me" Jeonghan backed and gave her a gesture to say what she wants "I admit my faults, especially towards you. I'm regretting all my behaviors towards you, I didn't see things as it really is, I was too arrogant. Only for this time, could you forgive what I did, please. I swear I'm trying to get better for you"

"It's not like I care. You're improving yourself for your own sake to not make the same mistakes, that's not for me or someone else"

The girl walked a step closer to him and gripped on his shoulders "Do you really love him that much? Aren't you guys supposed to fix something instead?" Jeonghan pushed her hands gently and looked to the left at my side. In horror, I hid quickly and wished he didn't see me before hearing the shocking reasons.
