43. Miscalculation

Things always go against you. I made a conflict with Seungcheol again also did bad in the exam today, what could happen more. I left the classroom first with excuse I'm not feeling well and handed in my exam then went outside to sit in the sun as relief.

I sat there for some time and suddenly heard some knocks on a window. I looked back to see Jun sitting in his class but isn't listening to his teacher, waiting for my answer.

Jun started writing with his pen in the air and pointed at his watch then showed his hand to me. I raised an eyebrow and made a confused face then asked him again of what's wrong.

He slapped his forehead lightly before writing down something on a paper and showing it to me.

'I HAVE AN EXAM IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES'

He took it down then showed me another piece of paper 'I DIDN'T STUDY EITHER. I NEED YOUR HELP!'

"What am I supposed to do??" I shouted and he gestured to me that he wasn't able to hear. I took my phone out and started typing some answers to the questions I remember and sent it to him. The boy smiled at me mischievously and did a heart with his hands.

I leaned back on the bench and closed my eyes.

When I opened my eyes again I shot up from my place in fright 'Oh no, I fell asleep!' I walked in quickly while looking at my phone "It's 13:37, I missed lunch and half of my lesson!" There were also plenty of messages from the boys, and Jun seems to still having a lesson.

I stood in front of the door hesitated to walk in. It will just feel weird saying to the teacher I slept and forgot about the subjects, it's awkward! When I decide to go in I drag my hand back in frustration but suddenly someone touched my hand and dragged it back this time instead.

My heart was about to explode as I looked up to see a gorgeous smile on Mr. Hong's face. He patted my shoulder and walked in before me. The class fell in silence when he entered as if they weren't expecting him.

"Good afternoon Mrs. Choi. Jeonghan was suffering from a headache in the morning so he stayed with me this past hour, please understand his situation" I heard him telling my teacher before waving at me to come in. I walked and greeted her then sat down on my seat without minding Seokmin who was talking with me or the stares Seungcheol and Wonwoo are giving.

"Hey, where were you?"

"Hm?" I looked at Seokmin before laughing in a low voice "I fell asleep on the bench outside" I turned to pay attention to the teacher who just saved me and whispered to my friend again "You really are lucky to have him"

Seokmin felt shy and nudged me with his elbow "If someone hears you they would think we're together since years"

"Is this a compliment or are you mocking yourself?" I chuckled.
