Days away

Seongwha glared as menacingly as he could when blue hair came down, followed quickly by tall black hair.

"How long do you plan on keeping us here?" San demanded to know.

"Not sure. We're already a few days from land, guess you'll just have to wait" Blue hair answered.

"Don't answer them, Felix. We're not supposed to even talk to them. Just give them the food and lets go" Black hair answered.

"Felix?" Yeosang perked up, looking at blue hair. Felix nodded, giving Yeosang a once over but he still looked confused. What was so interesting about his name?

"It's nice to meet you" Yeosang held his hand out to Felix, not really expecting anything in return.

"Right. Let's go" The taller one with black hair grabbed Felix by the arm and guided him back to the main deck, throwing a small glare over his shoulder. Mingi waved. Seongwha groaned and moved his hands around again but the ropes were not any looser than they had been the last time he tried.

Seongwha had lost track of all time. He had no idea if it was day or night or how many days had passed. Every morning, at least he thought it was morning, Felix and Hyunjin, for that was the tall black haired one's name, came down with four plates of food and slid it under the prison bars. Every night, they did the same thing. Sometimes the little one would come down and stay with them. He didn't talk, he just sat still and carve something into the wood on his side of the bars.

"How long have we been here?" San wondered one time, just as tired as Seongwha. The kid glanced at them and stayed quiet, continuing to carve the wood in front of him.

"We can't exactly hurt you if you talk" Mingi pointed out, causing Seongwha to hit his shoulder as best as he could with his hands tied together.

"Three days. We had to change course. It'll be another week" The kid answered and went back to being quiet.

"Do you know where we're going?" Mingi added in.

"Take a guess" The kid spat out, getting annoyed. These guys asked a lot of questions.

"What's your name? You look a little young to be out here" Seongwha questioned.

"I'm Innie. And I'm not too young! I'm sixteen, how old are you?" Innie glared at Seongwha, who was a little taken back.

"Innie! Leave them alone and come do your chores" Someone yelled from the top of the stairs. Innie glared once again at the prisoners, tucked his knife into his pocket and got up, going to the stairs and disappearing without a single glance back.

"Well, he's a little spitfire, isn't he?" San commented, rolling his eyes. It was Seongwha's turn to glare at him. They had to get out of there before reaching land. It was hard to tell what was going to happen after that.

"I know where we're going" Yeosang was staring at the floor, looking horrified.

"What? But he didn't tell us. All he said was for us to 'take a guess', like we're going to be able to guess from that" San argued.

"I know. That was the hint. Think about it, Joong said they only seek out bounties and they only took us four. What's the one thing we all have in common?" Yeosang hinted.

"We're...runaways" Mingi guessed.

"Runaway princes. With a large enough bounty that we had to be kidnapped and chained up and stuck in the bottom of a ship with no windows. Where do you think we're going?" Yeosang finally questioned. Seongwha got it first and he turned a deadly shade of pale.

"Oh shit" He muttered, finally understanding.

"I don't-oh" Mingi stopped. It clicked for him too. San jus stared at the floor, his muscles were tense and he seemed to be trying to set the floor on fire with his eyes.

"We're going to the palace" Yeosang stated, getting to the point. He didn't need to say it; the other three knew now. It was about to be a fun family reunion when they docked. No one was looking forward to it, especially Seongwha. He knew that he was going to face the biggest repercussions for this. He was the oldest, he was three days from being coronated when he ran away and less than a month from being forced into a marriage. He truly did ruin his mother's plans for him the second that he grabbed Hongjoong's hand, five months ago.
