Months Later.
"Hidan, Imma whoop, your sorry ass back to last year. Why the fuck is my food missing again?!"
Hidan ran into the dining room with crumbs on his cheeks and his mouth full.
"I… W-didn-'t… eat no-ne!"
Deidara raged and grabbed his bombs.
"Yes, you did!" Deidara chased Hidan out of the dining room as Y/N walked through and into the kitchen connected to it.
"Troublesome," Y/N sighed, her sharingan activated at all times as she searched through the nearly empty fridge.
She stood up and closed the fridge door, turning to see Pein, their leader, leaning against the countertop.
"What you do outside of this organization is sincerely none of my business, but I can't help noticing you're always visiting the copy ninja every chance you get," he said, crossing his arms and leaning closer to her.
"You're right, Leader, it is none of your business," she grinned.
"I'm just wondering why an S-class ex-anbu of the Hidden Leaf, the one who aided in the slaughter of her clan, would consistently go back to visit her old captain."
Y/N's sharingan stared into his rinnegan eyes. "Are you stalking me now, sir?"
"Hmph." His cheeks flushed as he smirked. "Just curious."
"Speaking of the Copy Ninja, it's about time I go visit him now. Don't wait up!" Y/N smirked and brushed past him.
He chuckled and shook his head, crossing his arms.
"That woman."

"How's Sasuke?" Y/N approached Kakashi, where he stood at his window.
"Not good mentally, he's revenge-driven, but physically, he's been living with Kushina and Naruto, and I suppose he's doing well, he's very antisocial, though. The only other kids he talks to are Sakura and Naruto; they remind me of Obito and Rin."
Y/N nodded. "Yeah."
"By the way, Y/N, thank you for telling me the truth. I appreciate not being left in the dark."
