Rainer Franklin : Rainier Jay Benjamin Franklin is a Prairie falcon who is a villainous mad scientist and inventor, infamously known for his insane inventions.

Personality: Rainer is a quintessential mad scientist: highly intelligent, though equally chaotic and absent-minded. He exhibits a deep passion for innovation, often crafting wild and unconventional inventions that he takes immense pride in. Despite occasional moments of confusion, Rainer demonstrates notable cleverness and an ability to solve complex problems.
One of his most defining traits is his recklessness. He frequently constructs machines that are not only experimental but also overtly hazardous. Not only is he aware of the danger, but he actively delights in it, displaying a certain degree of apathy and selfishness. Nevertheless, Rainer is not entirely without restraint, as he recognizes when a situation becomes too perilous even for his liking, and will reluctantly step back.
His personality is reminiscent of a theatrical performer: expressive, flamboyant, and with a strong appreciation for presentation and flair, especially when showcasing his inventions. Rainer's pride, however, often blinds him to the consequences of his actions.
He tends to become so engrossed in his creations that he overlooks their potential for disruption, even when harm isn't the intent. This same arrogance fuels his sarcastic and snide demeanor, as he is known for his dry wit and frequent use of impolite remarks, which he delivers with little to no hesitation or tact.
Beneath his eccentric exterior, however, lies a hidden capacity for care, most evident in his relationship with his assistant, Barnaby. While often bossy and demanding, Rainer clearly values Barnaby as both a close companion and a surrogate brother. His concern for Barnaby's safety is genuine and intense, and he is visibly relieved whenever Barnaby returns from danger unharmed.
Vehicle: As per being an inventor, Rainer created a variety of state-of-the-art gadgets, tech and weapons in all shapes or forms. One of those said inventions he created is his jet; a huge and futuristic-like jet which is dark silver with lighter-silver and glowing-blue accents on them, which serves as the main transport vehicle for him and Barnaby.
Lair/Hideout: Rainer keeps all of his gadgets and jet in his secret hideout which also serves as his lair. In order to not drive any attention, it takes the appearance of a run-down building located on a remote island.
Appearance: Rainer is a fairly tall, slender and broad-shouldered Prairie Falcon. Naturally for his type of bird, his feathers are mostly white with brown overlaying the first half of his face and brown stripes on the lower sides of his face, and he also sported dark brown-striped tail feathers, and a large beak which goes to a light yellow, white and black.
His feathers also formed thick, slicked-back, slightly wild hair that is colored in a much darker shade of brown. His eyes are a sky-blue, and his rather thick brows are a very dark brown color.
Clothing: Rainer's attire is typical for a mad scientist, which consists of a set of dark gray goggles with emerald-green colored lenses, and a black turtleneck under a emerald-green-trimmed, jacket-like white lab coat that are held together by three black buttons, with a black stripe on each of the sleeves.
He also wore half-black and half-white gloves which covers the majority of his wings, half-black and half-dark blue pants with thin white stripes on the sides, a dark gray belt with a single pouch around his waist, and black calf-high lace-up boots.
Rainer also wore a rather thick, silver, tech-like gauntlet with a large screen on his right wrist.
Trivia: • His personality is inspired by Donnie from Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the titular character from Megamind. • He has a severe pollen allergy. • He is an insanely reckless and terrible driver, which is why is Barnaby is the one who flies the jet. • He has a liking for Hawaian pizza, as he loves the way basic pizza toppings mixed in with pinneaple. • He named some of his tools when inventing. • He likes listening to rather loud music. • He is ambidextrous. • At times, he forgets that he is a strong flyer, and the fact that he has physical strength.
