Keiko Tanaka/Penumbra : Keiko Emi Tanaka (恵子 田中恵美) is a Black kite who is the true identity of the infamous master thief, known as "Penumbra".

Personality: Keiko mostly have a rather stoic nature, as she is always calm, reserved and is rarely seen acting up. At most times, she just wants to get her own things done without any trouble or racket.
When posing by her criminal alias known as "Penumbra", she possesses the basic traits of being a professional thief such as being sly, cunning, clever, street-wise and calculating. This is quite helpful considering that she is known for stealing very priceless items from all around the world.
People describes Penumbra as "mysterious and unidentifiable" as people are never been able to identify her. Another reason why she is considered as this is due to the fact that she poses as a silent individual, since when during heists she never says a single world while swiftly trying to steal the item she targeted on.
She is a highly intelligent individual, both in criminal alias and civilian life. However, she mostly reflects her traits of intelligence to aid her when she escapes with the objects she steals, and rarely uses those said traits when going through her normal life.
One of her most distinctive traits from her is that she is very sharp and snarky, though it is not always present. It is usually showcased when expressing her annoyance, especially when someone interrupts on what she is doing at the moment.
Keiko has a close alliance with the infamous bounty hunter, Thiago Contreras, as the two are seen paired up since the former is willing to be paid to steal stuff. She is mostly seen as annoyed by Thiago's partial arrogance, snarking at his plans or rolling her eyes at him in general, but in spite of that, she actually cares about his safety and even admits to seeing him as a brother figure, with Thiago seeing her the same way.
Despite seemingly being apathetic, there are a surprisingly a large amount of times where Keiko shows emotions other than aloofness, showing that she isn't cold-hearted. In fact, she is very polite and even at times friendly when going about her every day life.
While she is admittedly highly skilled in combat, Keiko actually doesn't want to harm anyone when posing by her criminal alias. In fact, she is taught by her parents to use her skills when really necessary.
Gadgets/Equipment: Naturally, Keiko possesses a variety of spy equipment to aid her while during her heists. Due to being a ninja-like criminal, she also owns a variety of ninja weapons, though she mostly uses Shuriken.
Appearance: Described as beautiful and attractive, to the point that people mistakes her for being a model due to her good looks, Keiko is a tall, slender and pear-shaped Black kite. Similar to her type of species, her feathers sported a brown-white color scheme; her face having a gradient of white-to-light brown with darker-colored specks, and she also sported a large yellow-and-black beak and tail feathers that are the same color as her face, though being dark brown-striped with a singular thicker stripe on the sides. Her wings are mostly dark brown but with a bit of white, and she also has a dark brown coloring on her eyes' lower-eyelids.
Her feathers also formed long, dark chocolate-brown hair which are usually kept into two bun styles; a tight bun when posing as Penumbra, and a looser bun with slightly wavy bangs which covers most of her left eye and eyebrow in her normal look.
Her eyes themselves are a sanpaku-shaped very dark brown with long and thick eyelashes protruding from them, while her brows are thin and arched, and are also a dark brown color.
Keiko also wore makeup which consists of thick mascara and subtle black eyeliner.
Clothing: As Penumbra: As Penumbra, Keiko wears stealthy attire that resembles that of a ninja, and it sported an almost all-black color scheme, though with tints of white and dark purple; she wears a full-length, high-collared, tight-fitting, black hooded stealth-suit with a thick white "V" shape on the front, held together by a dark gray zipper line. In addition, she also wore a black utility belt with a thin dark gray buckle around her waist.
She also wore bracers and thigh-high boots, both which are made from thin black-striped, dark purple wraps.
Her suit is designed so that people won't recognize her, as her tail feathers are completely hidden. During heists, she has her hood over her head, and wore her signature white mask with pure-dark purple eyes with a similarely-colored streak across each eye, and a muzzle-like stripe colored in a slight brighter shade of purple. Together, these features completely cover her face.
As a civilian: Keiko's civilian attire consists of a fitted black turtleneck, high-waisted dark purple loose dress pants, and black high-heeled ankle boots. She also accessorizes with a simple golden necklace.
Trivia: • She is inspired by Diane Foxington/The Crimson Paw from The Bad Guys, mainly the part with Diane's secret about being a former criminal, and her suit is loosely inspired Ghost Spider, with the mask and hood being loosely inspired by Big Mama's assistant from Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. • She is British-Japanese. • She is an expert at pickpocketing. • She used to take ballet lessons. • She has a bit of a sweet tooth. • Her favorite food is eggplant.
