Director Bat-Niss/Viktor Driscoll : Viktor Christopher Driscoll, mainly known by his official code name "Director Bat-Niss", is a Bat hawk who serves as the Head Inspector of Top Wing's Base Headquarters.
Voice actor: James Monroe Iglehart
Personality: Director Bat-Niss is known for being a no-nonsense bird who is strict, serious, straight-forward and very intelligent. He has respect in individuals who are professional at their respective roles in Top Wing's Base Headquarters, and also present themselves in a formal matter. Because of this, however, many people feel pressured to live up by his standards.
One thing that should be known about him is that he does not tolerate bad behavior in any forms, which makes him have a hatred for trouble makers. In fact, when a person is causing trouble in the Base Headquarters, he will immediately have them kicked out and forbids them to enter the HQ.
He also presented himself as a stoic individual, always seen being very calm and reserved. This, unfortunately, causes people to see him as an intimidating and downright emotionless person. Although he doesn't show it, he admitted that he doesn't like being seen as this.
Although he usually keeps a professional demeanor, he can be sarcastic and brutally honest, mostly evidenced when he doesn't hesistate to tell a person's flaws, even if he (secretly) feels bad about unitentionally hurting that person's feelings.
While he seemed to be just a tough and apathetic individual, there are a surprisingly large amount of times where Bat-Niss shows his emotions, mostly emotions such as concern or pity.
Despite what others may think, Bat-Niss is by no means cold-hearted. In fact, he is, deep down, a caring and kind-hearted individual who is willing to comfort his loved ones. He will even go out of his way to shed his icy persona, and is more than happy to give advice to others, especially to young cadets.
Jet: Like a lot of inspectors, Director Bat-Niss pilots his own jet which serves as her transport-vehicle. Its appearance is similar to a traditional military jet, mostly colored in shades of dark brown, with beige and black accents. Unlike the other inspectors, he doesn't use it that often due to his role being located at the Base Headquarters.
Appearance: Describing as "somewhat" good-looking, Director Bat-Niss is a tall, slender and broad-shouldered Black kite. Similar to his type of species, he is a black-feathered bird with a large and long, slight lighter-colored beak, with some of his chin, down to his neck and stomach, being colored in white with his natural feathers' color, and his tail feathers and the tips of his wings are colored in a bolder, deeper shade of black.
His feathers also formed a thick, slicked-back, slighty wild tuft which his species' signature white patches are located. His eyebrows are thin, sharp, and are white-colored, while his eyes are a narrow-styled, golden-yellow color.
One of Bat-Niss's most noticeable features is that his left eye sported a scar across it, in which it was from an accident he got into at the time where he was graduating into being an Inspector.
Clothing: Director Bat-Niss's attire resembles a traditional, military-like pilot; he wears a very dark brown aviator jacket with beige trim and multiple badges located on the front and on the sleeves, worn over a beige collared shirt with a dark brown necktie. He also wore light brown pants with thin, darker-colored stripes on the sides, a black belt with a golden, wing-like buckle around his waist, and dark brown army boots with black laces and soles.
When piloting his jet, he wore sunglasses and a brown pilot hat.
Trivia: • People are warned not to look directly at his eye scar it or even mention it. Ironically, when someone does mentioned it, he will calmy give them a brief explanation on how he got it, showing he isn't insecure about his scar. • Due to his stern expression, many people become surprised when he puts on a genuine smile. • He only allows his family members and closest friends to call him by his first name. • Although he doesn't show it, he can get annoyed when people think he is some kind of a "mysterious entity".
