"Tanjiro Kamado has retreated to aid Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Kanao Tsuyuri against Upper Ranks 2 and 3!" Kanata announced.

"Meanwhile, Kyojuro Rengoku is the only Hashira facing Upper 1." Kuina added. "But more Hashira will be coming to aid him."

"That's good. We should still deal with the cause of the castle's unpredicting movement." Kiriya strategized. "Have two Hashira that are together root out the source. We can only pray that the Flame Hashira can hold out." As they all continue to map out the infinite fortress, Kanata starts to envision her deceased father, mother and elder sisters, causing her to tear up. "Do not cry. Hell, don't even stop what you're doing. Right now, we must do our part to ensure victory. We can grieve later."

"Y-yes!"

Standing guard outside the manor as the last line of defense are Former Flame and Water Hashira, Shinjuro and Urokodaki. 

"That damn Oyakata. In his final years, he turned his own son, Kiriya into a fierce leader." Urokodaki grumbles. "But it's the best advantage we have up our sleeve. He still leads the demon slayers, while his heart cries out from his family's demise. He's roaring out his emotions and turning them into orders. Don't you agree, Shinjuro?"

"Yes. Those children at a young age, are giving me encouragement to be the father I couldn't be. Right now, my sons are in the heart of enemy territory and in these recent years, I've pushed them and my responsibilities away. But then after meeting Tanjiro Kamado, I was set back on the right path. So, like Kyojuro and Senjuro, I will keep the flame of the Rengoku family alive and defend these children with my life."

In the castle, Kyojuro and Kokushibo stare down each other waiting for either opponent to make the first strike. Feeling curious, the demon uses the transparent world and examines the Flame Hashira's body. "Good. You haven't received any injuries."

"Someone seems pleased. But I do believe this will be the only time we can fight."

"Very well." Kokushibo charges in to slash at Kyojuro.

The Former however counters pushing him back. "Impressive You surely have the strength to become a demon. With a reaction like that, it can be possible to become a demon."

"And why would I fall so low to become a monster like you?"

"Because the life of a human is meaningless. They always change, with every era that passes. Lord Muzan sees that as his most concerning obstacle."

"I wouldn't blame him." Rengoku charges at the demon as they clash blades. "I'd admit there are people who fear change! But there are times where change is beautiful! But I guess Kibutsuji's too afraid to see it!"

Flame Breathing, 2nd Form:

Kyojuro swings his swords upwards unleashing a flaming arch that grazes Kokushibo, making him stagger away. 'What?! He felt afraid! Is it because my Flame Breathing is similar to Sun Breathing? Interesting.'

"How impudent of me, to get hurt by a mere twig." Kokushibo stomps forward towards Kyojuro swinging his blade at him, until he's trapped between him and a wall. "This has been a good fight. But this is where you'll be buried. Goodbye, Kyojuro Rengoku." He prepares one decimating swing, but Kyojuro acts before he can unleash the attack.
