After the battle of the Swordsmith Village, an emergency Hashira Meeting was called upon, and Tanjiro decided to inform them all of the letter Tamayo sent him. "And that's what Ms. Tamayo said in her letter."

"Now that we have defeated three Upper Ranks, I'm sure that Kibutsuji will do anything to ensure our extinction." Kyojuro explained. 

"Man. I envy the shit out of you guys." Sanemi grumbled. "How come I can't find any Upper Ranks?"

"It isn't easy to face those monsters like they're normal demons." Obanai said. "Anyway, how are the two of you Kanroji, Tokito?"

"Amazing! I've never felt more alive!" Mitsuri answered. 'They were all worried about me!!'

"I... haven't regained all of my strength." Muichiro admits.

"Had we lost two Hashira, the Demon Slayer Corps would be shattered." Gyomei stated tearfully. "But the death of two Upper Ranks without suffering major casualties is indeed a victory worth celebrating. But not now."

"The three of you recovered surprisingly fast from such an ordeal." Shinobu said. "Did anything happen?"

"I'm sure the Oyakata wishes to discuss these past events, including this conversation." Giyu coldly said.

"I apologize for making you wait." a woman's voice said entering the manor with two of her children. "For today's Hashira Meeting, I, Amane Ubuyashiki, will be attending in place of Kagaya Ubuyashiki. As we speak, the disease affecting him has spread and gotten worse. So, he sends his apologies for not being able to attend this meeting."

"Marks?" Mitsuri questioned.

"Correct. During the Sengoku Era, swordsmen that knew of the first breath, otherwise known as Sun Breathing, were the only ones who came the closest to destroying Muzan Kibutsuji. All of which bared mark resembling demon crests." Many of the Hashira were surprised. "This knowledge has been passes down through many generations. So, a number of people should be aware of the mark's existence."
