// recap // After Jihyo left abruptly, the members and I didn't feel like watching the movie so we just went and did our own thing.
As angry as I was, I decided to cool off. I called Chan and asked if we could hang out today instead of next week like he had planned for us.
Lately Chan has been inviting me to hang out with him often. I agree because it's really fun but he sometimes says we should keep it a secret.
It's like he doesn't want someone to know.
Later on, he accepted to hang out today and we met up at a cafe.

"How you been?" Chan asks me. "Not so great, I guess." He looks at me concerned. "Why?" He asks sincerely.
Before answering his question I looked around the cafe. It was calm with almost no customers.
"Jihyo and I aren't exactly on great terms, right now." I explain. He takes a bite of his bagel.
"Oh really? Why?" He says. "I'm not sure...there's something up. I think she's been..."
I stop in the middle of my sentence. It's hard to think it but even worse to say it out loud.
"She's been what?" Chan continued. "Stealing my lines in songs..."
Chan chokes on his bagel. "Really?" It makes sense that he would be shocked, he might not even believe me.
He's known Jihyo for a long time.
"It's weird." I say. He puts down his bagel and looks at me in the eyes. "It's not impossible that she might actually be doing it." He says.
"Maybe..." he starts. " you'll just have to find out."
What does that mean? Does he believe me...?
"What do you mean." He shrugs and smiles. "You know what I mean." He smirks.
Part of me does know what he means but I never thought he could be this mischievous. I kind of like this side of him.
I start to laugh and he blushes loudly.
"Why are you laughing? I mean it..." He says cutely. I smile.
We sit and talk for some time. I have the impression that we're the loudest in the room. Especially because almost no one is here.
I went up to the counter to get a two chocolate chip cookies.
"Could I get...two chocolate chip cookies?" I ask the accountant. They nod and start making it.
"Sana?" I hear a familiar voice from behind me. "Hi, Felix!" I say softly.
I feel like it's been forever since I've seen him. Every time I come over he's either at a Luis Vuitton conference or just never home. He's always really busy.
"What are you doing here?" He asks. He smiles cutely and I notice his freckles.
He usually covers them with makeup because he doesn't like them very much but I love them a lot.
"You usually don't go out alone." He added. That's true, if I'm out it's always with someone. I'm a bit shy.
"Well actually, I'm here with Chan." I say. He looks at me confused so I point towards our table.
Suddenly his smile drops and he looks a bit bothered.
"Oh." He says and then smiled faintly at me while he walked to our table. I stand there waiting for my cookies. Why are they taking so long? It's just two.
I peeked at where Felix and Chan were and they seem to be talking. I don't care much for a conversation but Felix looks angry.
I've never seen him angry before, he's more of a ball of sunshine that spreads happiness. So when I saw him take Chan's bracelet and slam it on the table I got scared.
He angrily walks away without telling me bye. I wonder what they spoke about.
Just then, my cookies are given to me by the accountant. I thank them and walk away.
I sit in front of Chan. He looks at his bracelet as it's scattered in pieces everywhere around the table. It was the bracelet I had given him when we hung out the other day.
Why would felix break them?
"What happened?" I ask confused. "It's..nothing." He mutters.
He takes the pieces and puts them in his pocket. "Why did Felix break the bracelet I gave you?" He doesn't answer.
He starts picking up pieces that found themselves on the floor.
"Leave them there. I can make you a new one, Channie." I assure him. He ignores me and keeps picking them up.
"Channie-" "I want this one." He says dryly. "I know but it's not that special." I try to explain to him.
"I don't care. I want this one." He keeps picking them up and I don't know what to do anymore.
"I don't get it. What happened? Please tell me." I insisted. He finishes picking them up and looks at me.
"I promise. It's fine." I know things are far from being fine but I'm not sure what to say anymore.
"I have to go." He says while putting the remaining beads in his pocket.
He walks away leaving me alone and confused. I take out the cookie I had bought and bite into it. I stand there stupidly and decide to take my things and go.
I hop in my car and sit there for a bit. I sigh.
First Jihyo and now Felix and Chan? What is going on?
Suddenly my phone rings and I answer. Its Nayeon.
"Sana!" I hear from the other line. "What are you doing? Come home." "Uh...okay. Is something wrong?" "No, don't worry!"
I hear her talking with someone on the other and she suddenly hangs up.
I start the engine and I drive back home. I wonder what's happening.
