The Twin He Wanted

Chapter -23

May. POV.

I woke up alone on the bed. The side of the bed on which Alex was sleeping is still warm it means that it's not been long since he woke up. I quickly got up and washed my face and drank a glass of water which Alex always keeps on the bedside table as I have the habit of drinking water  late at night. Then I took  shower and did all the morning routine.

When I left the room I saw Alex was sitting on the dining table looking at his laptop and when I stood behind him I saw that it was the news about me and Josephine. Someone ahs dug out my history being twin sister of Josephine and also that how my sister is a professional at winning the competitions but this time the twin who has not even won a school competition wins the international competition. There was also the news that how I disregard my family and is now living as a mistress to a rich man. It also said that how I am jealous of my sister and always try to harm her. There was also a speculation in the article that I might have stolen my sister's design for the competition and that's why I won the competition.

The article wrote all the mean things about me. And so many people have read it and forwarded it many times. There were many people whose comments were even unbearable to look at. I don't know who did this but they didn't have straight facts. I feel that this might have something to do with my  family because no one has the time to dig up my past and I don't have any animosity with anyone except for my family who wants to force me to go back with them.

I put my hand of Alex's shoulder who held my hand tightly and closed the laptop and turned towards me and said

"Don't worry. I know that this is bullshit and don't let it get to you. I will inform my legal team so that they can handle this matter. "

"Yes. I know and it doesn't matter because I know that this is not truth except that I am not on good terms with my family. And nothing will make me go back to them because for me you are my family and even if the whole world is against me I will never leave you. "

I told Alex who after hearing hugged me and held me am close to him as if he was afraid that I will disappear.

I decided to not go out for this week because I want this matter to go down and I don't want any spotlight which will affect Alex. Alex also agreed with me and told me not to worry as he will handle all the problems.

We had our breakfast together and I decided to stay at Alex's apartment only as I think that My address has been jeopardize. And Alex's house has high tech security which can keep the intruders out.

After Alex left I decided not to look at the internet because I know that If I do it can affect me. So I watched so drama and also drew some more designs.

I also submitted the form for application in a major fashion designing competition . In this competition almost all the winners from all ove the world will participate. There is no need to submit any design. They will only select top ten designers who have innovation and  creativity in their design. The competition will be held in our city only and it will be live competition. All the participants will get only two hours to make their  design and a dress according to that design. Even if you have a fabulous design but if you are unable to make a dress you will fail. This competition is serious and till the day before exam you can enter . There are usually thousands of participants and among them only few will win. This competition is for those who want quick success. And I want to win it to prove myself. And now I also represent Alex and I don't want and like anyone pointing fingers at him.

So for the whole week I created some designs and during that time the audience perspective of me took turn for the worse. Alex has already found the proof and I also with the help of Anaya took out my medical history and donation records. Anaya ,Alex and Andrew also took out the list of the people who slandered me without any proof. We are waiting till I win the competition and after that we will expose everything.

The night before the competition I got a class from my parents who told me that if I will come back and apologize it them then they will release the statement which will clarify all the rumours . I felt like laughing because till now aslo they don't love and respect me. It is kto that I am dying for their love but it still hurts after all they are my blood related family. I said nothing and just hung up the phone and blocked their number as I want nothing to do with them. And now I have people who love and respect me.
