With a heavy heart and a sense of resignation, Junghoon made the difficult decision to agree to the Amber gang's proposal. He knew that marrying off his daughter, Subin, to a member of a rival gang was a risky move, but he also understood the necessity of forging alliances in their cutthroat world.

As he pondered the ramifications of his decision, Junghoon couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt at the thought of sacrificing Subin's happiness for the sake of his own ambitions. He knew that she deserved better than to be used as a pawn in their dangerous game of power and control.

But despite his misgivings, Junghoon steeled himself for what lay ahead. He would do whatever it took to ensure the safety and prosperity of his family and his gang, even if it meant making sacrifices along the way.

With a heavy heart and a sense of grim determination, Junghoon made the necessary arrangements to formalize the marriage alliance with the Amber gang. He knew that the road ahead would be fraught with challenges and uncertainties, but he was prepared to face them head-on, whatever the cost.

As he gave his final consent to the proposal, Junghoon couldn't shake the feeling of unease that lingered in the pit of his stomach. But for better or for worse, the die had been cast, and there was no turning back now. All he could do was hope and pray that his decision would ultimately lead to the safety and security of his family and his gang, even in the face of an uncertain future.

As Subin returned home, her heart still fluttering with the memories of her evening with Coups, she knew she couldn't keep her encounter a secret from her brother Jeonghan any longer. With a mixture of nervousness and excitement, she sat down with him in their cozy living room, her hands fidgeting with the hem of her sweater as she recounted the events of the evening.

"Oppa, I have something to tell you," she began, her voice tinged with anticipation.

Jeonghan looked up from his book, his brow furrowing with concern at the serious tone in Subin's voice. "What is it, Subin? Is something wrong?"

Taking a deep breath, Subin launched into the story of how she had met Coups in the rain, how he had offered her shelter under his umbrella, and how they had spent the evening talking and laughing over dinner. She left out no detail, her words spilling forth in a rush of excitement and nervous energy.

As she spoke, she couldn't help but notice the way Jeonghan's expression shifted, his features tightening with a mixture of concern and apprehension. It was as if he could sense the underlying feelings she had developed for Coups, feelings that she hadn't even fully acknowledged to herself yet.

When she finished recounting her tale, there was a heavy silence that hung in the air between them, broken only by the soft sound of rain tapping against the windowpane. Subin searched her brother's face for any sign of what he might be thinking, her heart pounding in her chest as she awaited his response.

Finally, Jeonghan spoke, his voice tinged with a mixture of worry and protectiveness. "Subin, I'm glad you had a nice time with this Coups person, but... be careful," he said, his words measured and cautious. "You barely know him, and I don't want to see you get hurt."

Subin nodded, her heart sinking at the note of concern in her brother's voice. She knew he only wanted what was best for her, but she couldn't help but feel a twinge of frustration at his overprotectiveness.

"I know, Oppa," she replied softly, her voice tinged with disappointment. "But there's something about him... something that makes me feel like I can trust him."

Jeonghan sighed, running a hand through his hair in frustration. He could sense the depth of Subin's feelings for this mysterious man Coups, and it made him uneasy. He couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to Coups than met the eye, and he didn't want to see his sister get caught up in something dangerous.

"Promise me you'll be careful, Subin," he said finally, his voice tinged with urgency. "I don't want anything to happen to you."

Subin nodded, her resolve firm. "I promise, Oppa. I'll be careful."

After Subin had retired to her room, Jeonghan couldn't shake the nagging feeling of unease that lingered in the back of his mind. Despite Subin's assurances and promises to be careful, he couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to this Coups guy than met the eye. With a heavy sigh, he retreated to his own bedroom, his thoughts consumed by the need to gather more information about Subin's mysterious crush.

Pulling out his phone, Jeonghan scrolled through his contacts until he found the number he was looking for. With a sense of determination, he dialed his secretary Jungwoo, knowing that he could rely on him to gather the information he needed.

"Jungwoo, it's Yoon Jeonghan," he said, his voice firm and resolute. "I need you to do some digging for me."

Jungwoo's voice came through the line, crisp and professional. "Of course, sir. What do you need?"

"I need you to gather as much information as you can about a man named Coups," Jeonghan replied, his tone urgent. "Find out everything you can about him – his background, his affiliations, anything that might help me understand who he is and what his intentions are."

There was a brief pause on the other end of the line before Jungwoo responded. "Consider it done, sir. I'll get started right away."

With a sense of relief, Jeonghan thanked Jungwoo and ended the call, his mind already racing with possibilities. If there was anything suspicious about this Coups guy, Jeonghan was determined to find out before it was too late. He couldn't risk putting Subin in harm's way, not when her safety and well-being were at stake.

As he waited for Jungwoo to gather the information he needed, Jeonghan couldn't shake the feeling of dread that settled like a weight in the pit of his stomach. He could only hope that his instincts were wrong, and that Subin's newfound crush would turn out to be nothing more than a passing fancy. But deep down, he knew that he couldn't afford to take any chances when it came to protecting his sister.

Despite the passing days and Subin's growing uncertainty, her feelings for Coups only seemed to deepen with each passing moment. Every day, she found herself lingering outside the university gates, her heart racing with anticipation as she searched for a glimpse of him among the bustling crowd of students. She would visit the café where they had shared dinner, hoping against hope that she might run into him again. But as the days turned into weeks, and the weeks turned into a month, Subin's hope began to wane, and she feared that she might never see Coups again.

But just when she had resigned herself to the possibility of never finding him, fate intervened in the most unexpected of ways. One day, as Subin made her way through the busy streets of the city, her heart leaped into her throat as she caught sight of a familiar figure ahead. There he was, standing on the sidewalk in a sleek black suit, his hands shoved into his pockets as he surveyed the bustling cityscape before him.

For a moment, Subin stood rooted to the spot, her breath caught in her throat as she took in the sight of Coups. He looked even more handsome than she remembered, his features chiseled and his posture confident as he stood amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

Summoning every ounce of courage she possessed, Subin approached him slowly, her heart pounding in her chest as she drew closer. "Coups," she called out softly, her voice barely above a whisper.

Coups turned at the sound of her voice, his expression lighting up with surprise and delight as he caught sight of her. "Subin," he exclaimed, a smile spreading across his face as he took her in. "What a pleasant surprise."

As they stood face to face once more, Subin felt a surge of emotion wash over her. All her doubts and fears melted away in the presence of this man who had captured her heart, and she knew in that moment that she was falling for him more deeply than she had ever imagined possible.

With a sense of newfound confidence, Subin reached out to take Coups's hand in hers, a warmth spreading through her at the touch of his skin. And as they walked together through the bustling streets of the city, their fingers intertwined and their hearts beating as one, Subin knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, she was ready to face them head-on, as long as she had Coups by her side.
