Seungcheol gathered his Midnight gang members on a FaceTime call, their faces appearing one by one on the screen as they prepared to discuss their next move.
"Alright, everyone," Seungcheol began, his tone serious as he addressed his comrades. "We need to tighten our grip on our territory, and to do that, we need eyes and ears on the ground."
The members nodded in agreement, their expressions reflecting the gravity of the situation.
"I suggest we send a spy to infiltrate Rubina's gang," Seungcheol continued, his gaze unwavering as he outlined his plan. "We need someone who can blend in seamlessly and gather valuable intel without arousing suspicion."
There was a moment of contemplative silence before Joshua spoke up, his voice filled with determination. "I'll do it," he volunteered, his eyes meeting Seungcheol's with unwavering resolve.
Seungcheol nodded in approval, a sense of pride swelling within him. "Good. Shua, you'll need to be cautious and stay under the radar at all times. We can't afford to have Rubina catch wind of our plans."
Joshua nodded, his jaw set with determination. "I understand. I'll do whatever it takes to protect our gang and our territory."
"Rubina contacted Hyungwon," Wonwoo stated.
Seungcheol's expression turned serious as Wonwoo relayed the concerning news. "Rubina contacted Hyungwon? The serial killer?" he clarified, his voice tinged with apprehension.
Wonwoo nodded grimly. "That's right. And there's something else you need to know," he added, his tone grave. "Hyungwon used to be obsessed with Jeonghan in the past."
A chill ran down Seungcheol's spine as he processed the information. The thought of someone with a past obsession with Jeonghan being involved in their affairs sent a wave of alarm through him. "We need to stay cautious," he stated firmly, his mind racing with the implications of Rubina's connection to Hyungwon.
Hansol's brow furrowed in concern. "What should we do, Hyung? This complicates things even further," he remarked, his voice laced with worry.
Seungcheol's jaw tightened as he considered their options. "We'll need to increase our surveillance and keep a close eye on any developments," he replied, his tone resolute. "And we can't let Hyungwon get anywhere near Jeonghan."
Jihoon's voice came through the FaceTime call, his concern evident. "Hey, Hyung, how are things over there? You and Jeonghan doing alright?"
Seungcheol offered a reassuring smile, though a hint of bashfulness colored his cheeks. "Yeah, everything's fine," he replied, his tone casual yet affectionate. "Actually, there's something I wanted to share with all of you."
The other members leaned in, their curiosity piqued. "What is it?" Chan asked, anticipation lacing his words.
Seungcheol took a deep breath, his heart racing with nervous excitement. "Jeonghan and I... we're dating now," he announced, his voice filled with a mix of happiness and pride.
There was a collective gasp of surprise from the other members, followed by a chorus of excited congratulations. "No way, that's awesome!" Jun exclaimed, a wide grin spreading across his face.
Wonwoo chuckled softly, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "Well, it's about time you two figured it out."
Seungcheol couldn't help but laugh, feeling a weight lift off his shoulders as he shared the news with his gang. "Thanks, guys. Your support means a lot to us," he said gratefully.
Jeonghan's footsteps faltered as he entered the room, his gaze falling upon Seungcheol engaged in conversation with his Midnight gang members on FaceTime. The atmosphere in the room shifted subtly, a sense of tension mingling with the air as Jeonghan approached quietly.
